Apparently she just wanted Paul to see her sign, not get a photo of the sign with Paul in the image as I mistakenly said earlier.

But I just watched the video piece before she was thrown to the ground. She held the sign up to the open car window of the car Paul was riding in. Big deal. I would prefer a "sign shoved" in my face to being pushed on the ground and have someone put his shoe on my shoulder and step down with it.

She said she had no interaction with Paul's supporters before the rally, and just wanted to get a photo with Paul holding a sign that said "employee of the month award."

Those videos aren't very clear. For example, what you see as shoving a sign in the window, looks to me like she realized that it was backwards and spun it around. It's impossible to say for sure what her intent was.

In her interview she says she was fleeing someone and ran around in front of the car. That happens. There doesn't seem to be anyone behind her for the 2 seconds we see her but, judging from the chanting (it changes), the assault happened within the same time frame.

As BAC pointed out, this woman is clearly a liar and a leftist wacko, and perhaps women who lie and vote Democrat deserve to be violently assaulted. Also, what was she wearing? Did her choice of attire somehow entice these men to push her to the ground and stomp on her? Holding a sign for Paul to see vs getting a picture of Paul with the sign - the difference is hardly relevant so why bother changing stories? And so what if that was the case. She had no qualms whatsoever explaining what she was doing there. You have no there there.

I want to embellish like Olbermann based on the new video evidence of the activist shoving her sign in Paul's face.

So Lauren Valle tried to use the razor sharp edges of her sign to slice Rand Paul's eyes and prevent him from working as an eye doctor anymore. The police should investigate this attempted murder, she was inches away from severing the arteries of the neck! Considering the high rate of speed of the vehicle in which Paul was travelling it is a miracle that Mr. Paul was not decapitated by the premeditated assault against him and democracy. Thank god some brave bystanders succeeded to apprehend the assaulter before lives were lost.

What was done to this woman was horrible and wrong, but i see nothing on that tape that leads me to believe that there was some brown shirt approach to this woman.
