I don't believe a damn thing 48 hours says about this case. All they have done is tell lie after lie after lie. It's interesting how many people seem to get suckered though.

So, unless you have a better source then Paul Ciolino and 48 hours and an actual quote from Giobbi, forget it.

Gosh. I hope CBS and the "48 Hours" producers/reporters are bracing themselves for a slew of libel suits from various members of the Italian law enforcement community.

What's that? No such legal actions have either been taken or indicated? Oh.

It's not my comment, it's Rose'. It's she that was accusing Rudy of committing necrophilia. If you don't like it, I suggest you take it up with the source.

We may well be, but it doesn't change the fact that the evidence and the arguments by the experts WAS in court and was duly tested in same.

Maybe you need to give examples rather then making blanket assertions of faith.

It was presented as your comment, not Rose's, so I assumed it was yours. Repeating the comment accompanied by a whimsical smiley is still, I would argue, in questionable taste.

We don't know that he didn't have sex with the victim. As far as I remember, the DNA discovered inside Meredith came from epithelial skin cells, which could just as likely have come from Guede's penis as from his finger. As far as I can tell, the only reason that people have come to the conclusion that Guede didn't have actual intercourse is that none of his semen was found inside Meredith. But isn't it entirely possible that Guede withdrew before ejaculation? I wonder if that pillowcase will get tested for semen.....?

I have always made it very clear that I believe Rudy Guede, Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito together attacked and murdered Meredith.

That hasn't changed.
