So what was the "false flag" back in the summer when the USA also advised about the danger of travelling to a European country?
I am just speculating....

I guess I'm naive in that I don't expect governments plotting false flag atrocities to give advanced warning about them. It makes them look stupid for not being able to prevent an attack.
That is exactly how the authorities look like now: stupid.
They can give so many warnings but not ONE SINGLE PHOTOGRAPHY to help the population recognize the terrorists.
And back in the summer the USA did not provide ONE SINGLE PHOTOGRAPH and people were attacked
Thousand of useless agents, which cannot track and arrest terrorists.

Actually they do, regularly.

Nah, it's just conspiracy theorists already pre-emptively denying the events before they occur. Nothing surprising here.

I am very surprised that you still have that view since it wasn't that long ago that you made this comment in a thread:
And?
Uneducated guess: heavily armoured vehicles can withstand suicide bombers. The terrorists could detonate a bomb and the Army personnel caught by the explosion wouldn't be in coffins at the end of the day.Lol.
How were they expecting to have to use them?

Or maybe it was just a psychological thing.
