I doubt that the CIA was involved in the false flag operation. I believe it was more of a shadowy power group not connected to any particular agency, company or organization.

Not by definition. Covering up a crime is a crime in and of itself. Therefore the ones covering the crime up are criminals and definitely not innocent. And since there are many people involved in such a crime, it is by definition a conspiracy.

The no risk time frame was only two days or so. After that the public had been firmly programmed to believe that there were real planes involved, and no video evidence would be able to make them change their opinion about that for many years to come.

Belz, I think it's safe to say that the Twin Towers, easily visible from most anywhere on the ground, both in and around Manhattan, never mind countless office and apartment buildings, were being watched live by a very high percentage of people as the events unfolded. And in a city of 8 million, that's going to be way more than a few thousand.
