Ed Rob Menard's FOTL Claims

Interesting thread on the airline (humor). Menard puts out more information that confirms he's the 'person' they barred from dealing with the court in BC. In other places and threads he had stated (lied) about not being that person.

The poor person who was confused by Menard's claims said

So, there is another Robert-Arthur Menard associated with the Elizabeth Anne Elaine Society who holds the exact same views as you?

I expect he would say that. Problem is, I can't see any reasonable rule violation in that post, so the mod action could not take place under any rule he consented to.


Of course, as you say, no mod there would likely do that.

So he's apparently proven he can't be governed anywhere that no one in authority chooses to govern him......

And yes you do have a legal department and they have dealt with 'idiots' before. They have never dealt with me, and I am very far from an idiot. As a matter of fact, having had my intelligence and emotional quotient fully tested in laboratory settings, I know I am to someone of average intelligence what they would be to an idiot. On top of that I give new meaning to the terms tenacious and crafty and that is why some call me a Wolverine. (Stems from my army days.) And let us bear in mind, fully half the people out there are by definition below average intelligence, and of the remainder, 80% are within 10 points of average. Not bragging, but mine puts me in the top half percentile.

I found this by freeman Terry. Just incase you missed it, freeman terry bought a menard dvd package for $250 and followed his advice to the letter. He's now lost his car, been fined 7000 dollars and maybe faces jail. Though he might have a plan he could fall back on instead of using the bus

I would recommend a wee bird like a microlite plane anytime. Cheap and easy. I expect the calibre here is the big stuff, however, in the air, it's all the same. What I want to build is a Zeppelin. One that does the distance. They were beautiful and elegant flying machines. I think time is important. And if I was to fly to Canada from here, I would like to take my time as there will no doubt be much to see along the way depending on which route I take

Even the skeptics in Ickes are ignoring his lunacy , hes like a petulant child screaming at his mother that she cant make him clean his room.
What he cannot actually grasp is that his individual consent is irrelevant and he is governed just like everyone else, if he steps out of line he will realise that consent is not even an issue, but he wont step out of line, he simply dare not, or his scam will be exposed.

i can't post there anymore, rob needed the ref to stop the fight and melonclone banned me. Cowards the lot of them. Mind you not speaking to the loser with all the kids is a bonus. If they had any balls they'd come here and defend themselves, they wont off course.Rob relies on the really thick for his support and you'd be hard pushed to find a place with more stupid people than the icke site

It must really bug menard that everywhere he goes people say the same things. I've read a bit of that thread and it's the same old same old from him. He is so full of delusion that he makes the pope seem reasonable. They are on an aviation forum and someone is claiming rob has done 17000 hours study on the law, like he's putting in the flying hours. I also like the wee minnows trying to back him up, utterly ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ stupid.
The thing about him is we all know he is a doley waster with an alcohol problem,he's barely educated and has no friends aside from those currently taken in by him. They soon learn once he's fleeced them or overstayed his welcome at their houses. The only people who stay are creeps like bones,boots,melinclone and yozsik over at ickes but even these retards aren't dumb enough to send him money, well i'm not sure about bones, he's dim enough. Maybe even merlinclone since he protects rob and bans anyone who gets the better of him, which in the end is everybody who disagrees with him. It's not rocket science is it, it's easy to see thru a con man like menard unless you are a special kind of muppet and since they are over on ickes they are certainly special.
I can't read any more so i wonder if anyone can tell me if the fraudster menard has got his hands on his $60000 a day fee schedule yet?

And that, actually, is exactly how the freeman dance works.

Menard claims that he does not consent until the government (who actually does not care about his consent, since its not needed in the way he claims) does something to him, at which point (1) he claims he consented or (2) claims that he didnt mean to consent but the government "tricked" him into giving them jurisdiction.

Rob quickly learned his lesson posting here. Like all good scammers, he knows the only way to keep the delusion going is making sure that he only posts in an environment extremely friendly to him where he cannot be challenged. Anyone offering a challenge on the DI forum is banned swiftly when Rob requests it - no matter what you actually do.

He knows if he comes here that he would be forced into an open and honest debate against people who know the law and with a moderation team that will not protect him and silence dissent - which is why he never will after he first tried and got exposed.
