Of course you do. You and he are equals .... in your rights to self expression.I reserve the right to call the "pastor" a low-life and a bad American.

I think you're reading too much into it. Obviously the label Un-American simply refers to "American values" (or values this country was built on) and behaviors that conflict with those values. Though I'm sure that's stating the obvious. That being said I agree many use the label with reckless abandon and I scoff at faux Patriots who think they're more "American" then someone simply because they support our troops, wear flag pins or have American flag bumber stickers. They just come off looking like tools. This all stems from the "no true scotsman" fallacy. To be American, you only need to be a citizen. Everything an American citizen does (good or bad) is American by definition.
Saying a book burner is "Un-American" is like saying "he isn't a TRUE American".

I don't think the money changers were "his kind" but I'll let that pass.I also have the right to state that he is a sorry excuse for a Christian.
The only violent act attributed to Jesus was picking up a whip and chasing his kind out of the Temple.
No. I'm sure I understood his point perfectly.I think you missed Merv's point.
Anti War protestors who burn flags.

If Un-American = Childish, inflammatory and picture of intolerance then this is certaintly Anti-American. But if Un-American = in opposition to the values this country was built on than this behavior (or more precisely, the freedom to do so) is very "American". Regardless I believe it is very childish, inflammatory and a glaring show of intolerance.hmm...if I call it un-American to burn a Koran, than someone can say its un-American to burn the American flag.
No more un-american than burning the flag.
or are those the "right kind" of protests?
How about we compromise and burn all Religous literature?I'd gladly burn a Koran.
Why should the Koran be exempt?
