name ONE major metropolitan area, controlled by Democrats, where guns are illegal.

hell, name one city with a population over 100,000, run by Democrats, where guns are illegal.
 
They will never become anything other than human beings.They are possessed of their own unique genetic identity.Nothing can happen to make them a chicken a rat or a monkey.They are human.If you want to deny them their humanity you go right ahead.Be progressive.

I can give you 2 such cities that had gun bans in place for over 20 years before the Supreme Court struck down those laws - Washington DC and Chicago.

In fact, it's already been mentioned in this very thread, I don't see how you could have missed that. Are you feeling ok?

Washington D.C. & Chicago had a total ban on gun ownership?

neither D.C. nor Chicago banned all firearms. they only banned handgun ownership and required registration of longguns.

Wildcat, please, next time...do your research.

Yeah. Them women should listen to what men have to say, and have no control over their bodies. All abortions should be illegal, no matter the reasoning or the cause. The Bible says so, the great power of conservatism says so, and when the all powerful single party theocratic conservative USA finally is achieved, then everything will be perfect.

Who needs to give women their rights over their bodies? Its the conservative way!

why do multi-celled organisms have more rights than adult women?

how about this: lets decide that BOTH have rights. but fully functioning adults have more rights than in utero multi-celled fetuses.

So what other parts were entirely irrelevant? I look at how those apply similar ideas about extra unnecessary phrases in say the first amendment. Like that supposed separation between church and state.

You really need to look at what happened in New Orleans after Katrina. The government illegally seized guns. They did physically remove legally owned guns.

so, now that we have established that no Democratic run munipalities have instituted total bans on gun ownership, are they are OTHER examples of Democrats wavering on their commitment to the Constitution?

this is why registration can be a good thing. you can PROVE to the authorities that you are a legal gun owner.

now, did the Louisiana authorities go to peoples homes to collect guns, or stop folks on the streets that were carrying them?
