Well, um... has anyone ever cloned a human? It's technologically possible, but.. no one has done it. Or if they have, they're keeping it a secret for some reason. This in no way follows from the rest of your post. Sure, if teleportation were possible there might be various ethical and legal issues. When has that ever stopped us from doing something?
That's one. I've answered your "ever".
But I continue. Who gets drugs and products tested on them first? Not humans - animals. Who gets sent into space first? Not humans - animals. Do humans serve as intentional crash test dummies in tests run by the government or by Consumer Reports? No, they use dummies. There's three more.
You don't kill people. There's another one. Seriously, I could do this all ****** day. There are TONS of things that people don't do for various ethical and legal reasons. And even if you move your goalposts and insist that by "us" you meant "humans", there's still the cloning, drugs/products, space and crash tests.
