2) The Federal Reserse central bank is not just the problem...the entire system is a problem because it allows private companies to manipulate the economy (I think i said this about about four times)
and because taxpayers are paying for debt thats artificial.
How is debt “artificial”?
Government dont need to print bonds when they could just as well print united states dollars.

Reading most of these comments i could see why madoff was so successful
Where ignorance is, there is an opportunity to fleece money off people. Because se7en and people like him don't even know when they're being conned.
Speaking of conning, they must be running out of loose gold to sell. The latest info-mercial I've seen is pushing silver, and pushing it hard. To quote the scaremongers: "Silver is actually rarer than gold."
If that's the case, there must be an incredible glut of silver right now. According to www.xe.com, as I type this message gold is at $US 1,205.50, while silver is a mere $US 18.43.
What I find amusing is that the techniques for selling gold are now being shifted to another metal. And silver now has to compete with gold. The whole thing is funny/sad -- one artificially created need battling another. What's next, copper?
Now that I have an abundance of corn, I can afford to pay people to make 3 new farmbots and maybe buy or lease additional land from other islanders. Instead of paying them in the future, I convince them to accept these very official and difficult to duplicate tickets that promises them future corn, once the farmbots are completed, and the harvest comes in. They accept the tickets.
By this time, there is a shop that sells plates and silverware for people on the island to eat their corn. The owner decides to accept my IOU tickets for future corn as payment, because he believes that I will honor my agreement, and transfer the future corn to whoever holds that ticket.
This is essentially how money works.
