Why are you asking a question instead of answering? I know who controlled the aircraft. Terrosts.
Why don't you answering at all?

Why wouldn't the groundcrews who regularly service and reapair aircraft notice this control system?
Because you wouldn't find it if it isn't in the documentation.

Why is it idotic?
No idea? Because they could have been anywhere. Maybe we should start with General Mahmoud's breakfast. You know, the guy who sent 100000$ to Atta. I'm talking about the guy who had breakfast with some Ex-Operation60 agent, trained to kill Castro, to kill Orthega, to undermine the elected Hawaiian president... The old Iran-Contra guy. I'm sure you know because you are the one on the intelligent side of the fence.

I don't know that's why I asked, you are making the claim.
Do you think that the aircraft had cruise missile navigation systems?
How do cruise missiles navigate?
Your audio CD was some civil output of that development. Maybe you want to start here to get an idea of the basic preconditions.

Well, the masses of suicide bombers around the world would disagree with you.
How often did you see 20 bombers train over years in the west to commit collective suicide? What if they trained to earn money by flying UBLs poppies in small planes over borders just like in the good old IranContra days? Just shut up and do the job to become a rich man. It would explain a lot of Attas behavior, no?

Some of those involved with 7/7 in London and numerous others that have blown themselves up in various parts of the world had wives or girlfriends.
You just miss that these 4 suburb boys were led by a MI6 agent who was on the watch list of the CIA and a good friend of the blind sheik too. Crazy story, man!

So you admitting that you believe Pecoraro was concerned about "tipping over" of something like this?

Let's look at the pros and cons.

50 ton capacity press, points for: (1) That's what the term commonly means; (2) It's plausible that an explosion could have resulted in something this size being no longer visible.

50 ton capacity press, points against: Doesn't make a good conspiracy theory.

50 ton weight press, points for: Looks like "the official story" can't explain it.

50 ton weight press, points against: (1) That's not what the term commonly means; (2) Even the conspiracy theory can't suggest a rational explanation of how and why an explosion would make it vanish.

And, again, it's a classic case of JAQing off. We know there was no significant weakening of the structure in the basement, because the core spires were last to fall. And even if there had been some devices weakening the structure in the basement, it makes no sense whatsoever for these devices to be set up so as to vaporise a random piece of workshop machinery as well.

So, to summarise, "the official story" has a perfectly sensible and coherent explanation of an event, and the conspiracy theorists can only obfuscate, misrepresent witness testimony and vaguely hint at impossible scenarios that they can't even describe. In other news, the Pope is still a Catholic.

Let's say, even it we take the 50ton capacity we may expect something between a modern 30T
[qimg]http://img839.imageshack.us/img839/5341/30thydraulicpress.jpg[/qimg]
and a modern 80T
[qimg]http://img828.imageshack.us/img828/8926/80tonhydraulicpress.jpg[/qimg]
press. If it wasn't a new model then it was probably somewhat bigger.

Please post the URLs for the presses shown those pictures. Whatever they do, those machine tools are much more than the kind of press used in a maintenance shop.

This is more like it.

Unlikely I suggest. I don't think that the WTC was involved in manufacturing that might require such a press. I'd say their press was for incidental use to do with maintenance . If they needed something unusual or fancy they could just order it from professional engineering companies. Much more cost effective that way.

July 29, 2010.

Mark it down folks, and celebrate it every year from now on.

This may be the first time, and most likely the last, that Bill has made a post that actually reflects reality.

Why don't you answering at all?

Because you wouldn't find it if it isn't in the documentation.

And the Arabs in the cockpits certainly wouldn't know where to look.

A serious question for the "remote control" loons:

When the "remote control" kicked in, why isn't there any audio record on the black boxes or the radio communications of the pilot expressing surprise (at the very least) at the sudden loss of control over his plane?

Balderdash. Ignorant twaddle. Major malfunction.

That web page has nothing to do with cruise missile navigation systems. It doesn't even have anything to do with aircraft navigation.

Biggles Software is in the business of selling aircraft manuals on CD-ROMWP media. Could that have been the nucleus from which achimspok crafted his hallucination?

No guarantees but you might get some clues from this pilot that came out shortly before 9/11.

Well I don't believe that the planes were manned at all Al. I thought you knew that. I think they were fully under remote control.

Your rhetorical masturbation comes a little late. I think I gave a probable range for the press instead of that wire rack someone posted here.

Let's look:
50 ton capacity or weight, Looks like "the official story" can't explain it.

...or have you solved the problem of the magical fuel?

Btw, what was the press in the basement used for?
I know exactly what motivated your (again rhetorical) veto but I don't expect a 2009 light weight press back in 2001.
I expect an older model back in 2001 that is worth to mention. So please don't play dumb. Thank you.

You have a meaning for "can't explain" that isn't shared by the rest of the English-speaking world.

Just about all workshops I have seen have had one of these, they have not changed significantly over the years.

They are mostly used to remove ball bearings or bushings, by pressing them off the shaft/out of the groove.

Why didn't the ground crews notice all the extra stuff that wasn't 'in the documentation'?
We are talking about highly trained, experienced professional people here, not some apprentice at the local body shop.

As for the rest, it's as deranged and ignorant as the 'No Planers'
As fo

And where did the extra aircraft come from?

There are a known number of these aircraft.

None but the 4 lost on that day are missing, nor did they ever go missing for a period of time to install the remote guidance equipment.

Now now Seymour. You shoudn't be so tranparently trying to lead us off down the garden path. lol

I thought you had 'garages' in North Yorkshire and not 'body shops'. Oh dear...naughty Captain Swoop- are you perhaps on 9/11 Island too ?

Just curious, If what the "truthers" believe is true that this "50 ton press" was "gone", why was there not more deaths and blast related injuries in the basement?

Just asking questions?

;)

That's a pretty good question. Have you heard the radio communications?
Listen to the Atta "communication". Obviously you are one of the loons who swallowed that Atta could bank that plane against the center column but wasn't able to locate the talk back button.

Something like
"AA11 are you trying to call me?"
"Stay quite! You endanger the airplane and yourself."

What do you think about the reported mace? Do you think that 5 hijackers and two pilots shared a 767 cockpit? ...would look like a subway in the rush hour I guess.
