Not to speak for DR, but it seems to be a question of relevance. That primary is long over and most of the complaints of primary schananagins are not illegal in terms of the DOJ. (The Democrats may or may not want to adjust their caucus system, but that is their problem.)

So what is your actual complaint, BAC? Do you not think Obama could have won the primary from Clinton without help?
