Why, don't you know where the "cherry picked" quotes you posted actually came from?
Bill, It's been 9 years, everyone already knows.

Good one Bill. Why don't you just show all the testimonies? Are you a "propaganda asset"?
I must say that the Pentagon doesn't call the several thousand debunkers in their employ 'propaganda assets' for nothing.
Post by request of triforcharity...
“I… looked up out of the office window to see what seemed like perfectly synchronized explosions coming from each floor, spewing glass and metal outward. One after the other, from top to bottom, with a fraction of a second between, the floors blew to pieces.”
“I remember seeing, it looked like sparkling around one specific layer of the building.… Then the building started to come down. My initial reaction was that this was exactly the way it looks when they show you those implosions on TV.”
"I saw a flash flash flash and then it looked like the building came down.… You know like when they demolish a building, how when they blow up a building, when it falls down? That’s what I thought I saw.”
“It seemed like on television they blow up these buildings. It seemed like it was going all the way around like a belt, all these explosions.”
“As we are looking up at the building, what I saw was, it looked like the building was blowing out on all four sides. We actually heard the pops.… You thought it was just blowing out.” [City of New York, 12/11/2001]
“[T]here was what appeared to be at first an explosion. It appeared at the very top, simultaneously from all four sides, materials shot out horizontally. And then there seemed to be a momentary delay before you could see the beginning of the collapse.”
“I was watching the fire… the lowest floor of fire in the South Tower actually looked like someone had planted explosives around it because the whole bottom I could see—I could see two sides of it and the other side—it just looked like that floor blew out.… I thought, geez, this looks like an explosion up there, it blew out.”
“Then the building popped, lower than the fire… I was going oh, my god, there is secondary device because the way the building popped I thought it was an explosion.” Yadda, yadda, yadda..
Possibly-possibly not. Not if I consider it debunker time wasting rubbish.
Ah...now I see. I personally prefer to keep the jref as it is. It is a great help to 9/11 truth and becoming more so every day.
Theres a lot of visual looked like, saw, see, appeared, but not one claim that there acually was a "planted" explosion.
Hypothèse Ultime: thermobarique à aérosol de micro-poussières de Nanothermite ?
Ultimate hypothesis: thermobaric weapons in aerosol with micro-dust of nanothermite?
Yes. Explains well what your trying to do.Have you seen these ?

But before you do, please know that I am not debating whether or not thermal expansion can occur.
You're hold a contradictory position which makes absolutely no sense.I'm questioning whether or not NIST has proven that it did occur,
[I'm questioning whether or not NIST has proven that it] its occurence lead to the collapse of a single column, which in short order, lead to the collapse of the entire building.
I'm pretty sure "the properties of the steel used in the building's construction are very well known and documented."
Reporter John Bussey watches the collapse from the Wall Street Journal’s offices across the street from the WTC. He says, “I… looked up out of the office window to see what seemed like perfectly synchronized explosions coming from each floor, spewing glass and metal outward. One after the other, from top to bottom, with a fraction of a second between, the floors blew to pieces.” [Wall Street Journal, 9/12/2001]
Deputy Fire Commissioner Thomas Fitzpatrick: “I remember seeing, it looked like sparkling around one specific layer of the building.… Then the building started to come down. My initial reaction was that this was exactly the way it looks when they show you those implosions on TV.” [City of New York, 10/1/2001]
Assistant Fire Commissioner Stephen Gregory: “I saw low-level flashes. In my conversation with Lieutenant Evangelista… he questioned me and asked me if I saw low-level flashes in front of the building, and I agreed with him… I saw a flash flash flash and then it looked like the building came down.… You know like when they demolish a building, how when they blow up a building, when it falls down? That’s what I thought I saw.” [City of New York, 10/3/2001]
Firefighter Richard Banaciski: “It seemed like on television they blow up these buildings. It seemed like it was going all the way around like a belt, all these explosions.” [City of New York, 12/6/2001]
Firefighter Joseph Meola: “As we are looking up at the building, what I saw was, it looked like the building was blowing out on all four sides. We actually heard the pops.… You thought it was just blowing out.” [City of New York, 12/11/2001]
Fire Chief Frank Cruthers: “[T]here was what appeared to be at first an explosion. It appeared at the very top, simultaneously from all four sides, materials shot out horizontally. And then there seemed to be a momentary delay before you could see the beginning of the collapse.” [City of New York, 10/31/2001]
Battalion Chief Brian Dixon: “I was watching the fire… the lowest floor of fire in the South Tower actually looked like someone had planted explosives around it because the whole bottom I could see—I could see two sides of it and the other side—it just looked like that floor blew out.… I thought, geez, this looks like an explosion up there, it blew out.” [City of New York, 10/25/2001]
Firefighter Timothy Burke: “Then the building popped, lower than the fire… I was going oh, my god, there is secondary device because the way the building popped I thought it was an explosion.” [City of New York, 1/22/2002]
Firefighter Edward Cachia: “It actually gave at a lower floor, not the floor where the plane hit, because we originally had thought there was like an internal detonation explosives because it went in succession, boom, boom, boom, boom, and then the tower came down.” [City of New York, 12/6/2001]
Firefighter Kenneth Rogers: “[T]here was an explosion in the South Tower… I kept watching. Floor after floor after floor. One floor under another after another and when it hit about the fifth floor, I figured it was a bomb, because it looked like a synchronized deliberate kind of thing.” [City of New York, 12/10/2001]
Reporter Beth Fertig: “The tower went down perfectly straight, as if a demolition crew had imploded it. I wondered if it was being brought down deliberately.” [Gilbert et al., 2002, pp. 78]
Paramedic Daniel Rivera: “[D]o you ever see professional demolition where they set the charges on certain floors and then you hear ‘Pop, pop, pop, pop, pop’? That’s exactly what—because I thought it was that.” [City of New York, 10/10/2001]
Battalion Chief Dominick DeRubbio: “It was weird how it started to come down. It looked like it was a timed explosion.” [City of New York, 10/12/2001]
Expecting BS to post anything but is being way too optimistic IMONow, don't post that **** again Bill.
Expecting BS to post anything but is being way too optimistic IMO
You make the suggestion that “they” came close, close to what? And who is they?Everybody knew that planes had crashed into the buildings and as a result the very last thought in anyone's mind was of deliberate controlled demolition. Though as you can see from these few sratements they came very close despite that.
That’s wrong; there are many things that sound like an explosion that aren’t explosions at all. Just who are these trained and experienced experts you talk of, and did they hear any “real” explosions? And remember that nothing sounds more like an explosion than an explosion. Especially to these trained and experienced experts.
Nice jub Bill. You know that you are not supposed to take huge texts and post them without citing your source.
Here is where you got this garbage from.

Now, on to the fun stuff.
In the very next sentence
"It was the building apparently collapsing in on itself, pancaking to the earth."
http://online.wsj.com/public/resources/documents/040802pulitzer5.htm
Here is the part they left out.
"I assume now that that was either windows starting to collapse like tinsel or something. Then the building started to come down."

Page 13-14
Here is a good one. It takes a little bit of diggin to figure it out.
Here is what he says later in the interview about this subject.
"I don't know if that means anything. I mean, I equate it to the building coming down and pushing things down, it could have been electrical explosions, it could have been whatever."
From here http://graphics8.nytimes.com/packages/pdf/nyregion/20050812_WTC_GRAPHIC/9110008.PDF

Talking about the collapse iniation.

Here is a great one, as it DELIBERATLY leaves out the highlited part.
"As we are looking up at the building, what I saw was, it looked like the building was blowing out on all four sides. We actually heard the pops. Didn't realize it was the falling -- you know, you heard the
pops of the building. You thought it was just blowing out."

Uses similies and comparisons. He is describing the collapse iniation.

Here is the VERY NEXT PARAGRAPH!!
"Then I guess in some sense of time we looked at it and realized, no, actually it just collapsed. That's what blew out the windows, not that there was an explosion there but that windows blew out."
Holy **** Batman!!

Here is what they left out...
"WHICH I LEARNED WAS I GUESS THE AVIATION FUEL FELL INTO THE PIT AND WHATEVER FLOOR IT FELL ON HEATED UP REALLY BAD AND THATS WHY IT POPPED AT THAT FLOOR THATS THE RUMOR HEARD"
From here.
http://graphics8.nytimes.com/packages/pdf/nyregion/20050812_WTC_GRAPHIC/9110488.PDF
I wonder why they always leave this stuff out Bill.....
I know reading for comprehension is lost on some, but the hilited part implies he thought that originally, but no longer believe that.
Oh, and he is talking about the collapse iniation, and uses similie and comparison.

Here isa good one. She also describs the rumble of the collapse in the very same paragraph. But she NEVER said "I wondered if it was being brought down deliverately." That was added.
She also described the sound as "an elevated train right above my head." Does this mean she was in fact under an EL? No.
Here it is, in its entirety.
http://books.google.com/books?id=0K... a demolition crew had imploded it. "&f=false
Here is the entire quote.
q: HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT IT WAS COMING DOWN?
a: THAT NOISE IT WAS NOISE
q: WHAT DID YOU HEAR? WHAT DID YOU SEE?
a: IT WAS A FRIGGING NOISE. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS---DO YOU EVER SEE PROFESSIONALDEMOLITION WHERE THEY SET THE CHARGES ON CERTAIN
FLOORS AND THEN YOU HEAR POP POP POP POP POP? THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT-- BECAUSE THOUGHT IT WAS THAT WHEN HEARD THAT FRIGGING NOISE THAT'S WHEN SAWTHE BUILDING COMING DOWN.
He is describing the collapse.

Here is a doozie. The blatent dishonesty is made VERY clear with this one.
Here is his entire quote.
"It was weird how it started to come down. It looked like it was a timed explosion, but I guess it was just the floors starting to pancake one on top of the other.
Hilite mine.

HOW THE **** does whomever put this tripe together LEAVE UT THE VERY NEXT SENTENCE!?!?! Because whomever wrote this load of **** is a LIAR.
Now, don't post that **** again Bill.
