In similar exposures to infective agents, few people get infection but others not. However this may not be in epidemic conditions when most people with similar exposure get infection. How former happen?

I meant when Carcinogens can effect normal cells to become cacerous, how cancer cells can't be effected by environment?
 
"Defective" is not a word that should ever be applied to children. "Mad" isn't really much better.

It depends on the cancer. Some grow until they overwhelm the the body's ability to provide nutrition and then die massively and some reach an end life cycle.

How can you compare life cycle of cancer cells with the life cycle of similar normal cells?

Cancer cells are mutated and dysfunctional cells. They are as much a child as my nose snot mucus cells or urine are children.

Once a cell goes cancerous, it will only respond to signals that contain partial excitations. If only there was a way to create those...
