I assumed it was obvious because you, yourself, used the phrase in the original post. Furthermore, it is a trivial matter to name 1980's movies with J.R. in him that are watchable, so no one could seriously believe that I was condemning all of his movies.

In defense, the is sort of a classic Internet Geek topic.

THing is, that Hamill's voice work for the Joker was incredible...and that meant in a favorable sense. As much as I liked Nicholson and Ledger interpretation of The Clown Prince of Crime, Hamill's was better.
