A remedy, but not an improvement?I said it is a remedy to the "current system" not that it is an improved system.
A remedy, but not an improvement?I said it is a remedy to the "current system" not that it is an improved system.
So are you admitting America is no longer free?
Did you read what i wrote? I said it is a remedy to the "current system" not that it is an improved system.
No, and I doubt you have any definition of free.
You are making incoherent babble around an unclear understanding of what the term FOTL means.
You could start by deciding on whether you think FOTL describe the law as it should be, or as it is.
And just because the current system may not recognize such terminology does not mean it is not true. we just have a system that no longer understands its left from right. So it is actually the systems fault and not the FOTL you guys continue too be little.
That the current system doesn't recognize such terminology means EXACTLY that it's not true. Compared to the gibberish I have seen from FOTL, "the system" is just fine.
Did you read what i wrote? I said it is a remedy to the "current system" not that it is an improved system.
It is not my fault you people have zero comprehension of law.
I said it is a remedy to the "current system"
Yes, I read what you wrote. Hence my reply. Ignoring your inability comprehend simple English, you are still in the wrong thread. Do you understand that?
I assume that means that you consider FOTL to be a should thing not is.
Do you really think going to court individually is going to change anything?
Think of those founding fathers, they got results, through a revolution.
In this post, you seem to be saying that FOTL reflects the law as it currently stands.
Yet, in this post:
you seem to be saying that FOTL is a hypothetically better system of law.
So which is it?![]()
exactly and this was brought up a couple pages ago.
Should we have too fight the war again? Or will the system founded off the basis of freedom, finally allow people to be free?
remedy is apart of the current system. what is so hard to understand? there is nothing "new" about it.
You will need a new war, the founding fathers had completely different ideas of what freedom is than the current FTOL crowd. So a country founded on their ideas of freedom, will not accept the FOTL ideals.
OK, so you do think that the FOTL "magic words" formulae describe the actual legal status of (at least) America? Haven't you denied that in this thread?
Please be clearer. Is FOTL a description of the current legal system, or is it merely a system you see as ideologically and philosophically preferable to the current system?
Touché.I cannot agree with you here.
Bluekusk623 is very much on subject in a tread on FOTL failures.
Being a Freeman is not a "system" it is policy status.
This is complete ignorance of this topic and discussion.
You JREF'ers should really read sometimes instead of going by word of mouth.
