Examples of U.S. Soverign Citizen (Freeman on the Land) Failures

fixed..

I totally forgot about this place (the ignorance is not worth the laughs) however LightinDarkness or as it should be fixed too DarknessinLight, I for one cant believe you still believe in the rubbish you post. You have too be on someones payroll. Your the biggest suck up i have ever seen.

Even if you think cannabis is the devil's weed and you were a God Fearing Christian and Law abiding American, there is no way in heaven or hell anyone should make fun of or ridicule the defendant or agree with the judge.

this is the land of the free, where you can do anything you want without committing damage. All drugs laws are illegal and in direct conflict with the constitution.

you buddy dont deserve too be an American. end of story.

We have a number of qualified lawyers who post on FMOTL related threads. You know people who have studied law, passed exams & worked within the profession. I appreciate they might not have looked at suitable Youtube videos but to allege everyone is 'ignorant' is a wee bit OTT.

the only success story one needs is the declaration of independence and constitution.

That makes no sense at all.

The problem with FOTLers is that they don't just want laws they don't like to be illegal, they claim that those laws actually are illegal.

They may be right. Most federal laws are unconstitutional.

But it doesn't matter, not even a little bit. When Big Brother comes for you you're going to jail, regardless of how clever or right you are. You may be declared not guilty, but since your resources are limited and BB has all the resources they could want, the odds are horribly stacked against you.

And you can make it a lot worse by pissing off the judge and/or prosecutor.

Similarly, you have a legal right to flip off the cops as they walk by. But here in the real world exercising that right means you'll getting your nourishment through a straw for the next six months. Is it worth it?

The FOTL in the original post said all the magic words, all right.

At least he didn't go the Lysander Spooner route ("I didn't consent to this arrangement, so it doesn't apply to me.").

Has anyone tried hauling out The Constitution of No Authority or anything of the sort in a FOTL style encounter with the authorities?

:blackcat:

Can we post Canadian examples? This one is a classic:

Well it still seems I'm going to jail for something I didn't do. right now I am on a promisiary until my next trial date. The thing is I got laughed out of court. i told them when my birth certificate was issued I told them my name is blah blah of the blah blah family, and that they have all these warrants and dna orders for a "Straw Man" and I brought my copy of Blacks law and defined "Person" for them and they laughed me out of court set a trial date and now I'm fighting for my life!!

Ironically, the title of the thread is "True definition of Person upheld in court".

Why does so much FOTL stuff come down to "I screamed a lot in court and used a lot of words, how come I didn't win!!!!?"

But they DO win! The courts are then so embarrassed by the FOTL victory that they throw the FOTL'er in prison to cover it up.

lol this is perfect.

Skeptics here at JREF are just flat out scared wimps/cowards who bend over too the devil (figuratively speaking).

It doesnt matter who is right/wrong.. truthful/lying.. its about what you can get away with.

The system is soooooooo corrupt there is no saving it, so in a skeptics world so you better go along with things or else you get butt raped.

So the possibility at being butt raped = you are wrong and staying safe tucked into a corner = being right.

this is why this place is the most unintelligent forum on the net.

You mean people who are slaves too there profession and if they don't continue too perpetrate the lie they lose there job and life.

Or, most federal laws could actually be constitutional, despite what Hittman says. This is, of course, precisely the case.

But that wouldn't fit with your paranoid fantasy now would it?

key word here is "most". (think on that for a while)

You agree that most federal laws are constitutional?

That's progress methinks. Good on ya.

Now, about those few that might not be. How are they identified? How should their constitutionality be tested? What should be done about them if they are found wanting?

You say you have knowledge. Share your FOTL knowledge of constitutional law. That is always enlightening.

nice word play there. you say "most" laws are constitutional without acknowledging the "other" laws that are not constitutional and then you try and reverse it too me. there's no point in debating with blind ignorance.

and just so you know i have never given my full opinion on government, only that the FOTL should be legit in the world we live in.

you guys can keep thinking you know it all, yet you know nothing.

Which is irrelevant. FOTL isn't being put forward as an improvement on the present system, it is claimed to be the present system.

what? claimed too be the present and not an improvement? nothing you said makes sense or is true.

this is blind ignorance talking again.the problem is you guys think you know it all and you clearly don't.

one person calls something woo and all you skeptics join the bandwagon with zero knowledge.

any ways im done with derailing this thread. let darknessinlight and others continue too post FOTL failures and stay in complete ignorance.

"To." Learn to use the word. Then go read about FOTL. Then come back when you have some idea what you're talking about.

ETA: It's really simple, even though it seems to be over your head. The FOTL people assert that their view of the justice system is how it actually works, hence why we are asking for examples of their success in court. If their ideas were simply suggestions for improving the justice system, their would be no problem because no one would be using them in court and all of the discussion would be about whether those ideas would actually be an improvement, not whether they work now.

Exactly, and they keep wondering why the courts do not follow the FOTL version, but keep arresting and sentencing them.

Um...are you confused about what the word "most" means? Using that word is a clear implication that there are laws on the books that could be unconstitutional. No big surprise there. If you think you know some, get busy and challenge them! That's why you have a judiciary - to keep your lawmakers in check. If you admit that much, then you are a step ahead of most FOLTers, who reject the court system entirely in favour of their own fevered imaginations.

Or, you could just learn spelling and grammar. Might be more achievable for someone possessing your vast...knowledge.

I have just been looking through Wiki on freemen and found this.

The oaths taken by people elevated from serfs to freemen from 1631 and 1634 in the state of Massachusetts. It is a bit more recent than Magna Carta, but I guess some of the basic ideas is similar. Like upholding the law.
