I do not know a great deal about the Freeman on the Land, but my understanding of evidence works thusly: if a video showing that your techniques do not have the desired effects in a court of law, then either you can show that that case is not representative of the power of your philosophy by showing several cases in which it did work or you can show that the defendant really won the trial on appeal.

Simply accusing people of being asleep and surrendering their rights is not evidence.

Even if you think cannabis is the devil's weed and you were a God Fearing Christian and Law abiding American, there is no way in heaven or hell anyone should make fun of or ridicule the defendant or agree with the judge.

this is the land of the free, where you can do anything you want without committing damage. All drugs laws are illegal and in direct conflict with the constitution.

No, but what DarknessinLight does is totally dishonest and wrong.

He is a person who says "Well what are you doing too make cannabis legal, if it is such an injust law" and then when you make a few attempts too right the wrong and he smears you for not succeeding.

Of course FOTL is going to fail a few times. Picking the lock too your cage is not easy. Especially when you have too use the same words too pick the lock that have locked it in the first place.

Too call out only failures and no success stories is hypocritical, and exactly what these skeptics here a JREF do.

This is the most unintelligent forum i have ever visited and this place is supposed too be about education or intelligence.

That's not how the FotL crap is sold, though. The proponents insist that "if you say these magic words, there's nothing They™ can do to you."

Using your lock and cage analogy, they're not saying, "This is how you pick the lock." They're saying, "Here's the key."

If you're going to complain about the general lack of intelligence on a forum, it's typically a good idea to display some of your own. For instance, those highlighted words? You may want to learn the difference between "to" and "too". You used it correctly only once in your entire post.

Feel free to post as many documented success stories as you like. Evidence is the only way to get skeptics to stop ridiculing a ridiculous philosophy. Please present it.

Lastly, I want to point out that no matter how critical a post is, no matter how unpopular a post's topic is that post will not be deleted from the JREF board. Not all internet message boards can make that claim.

If your legal philosophy is as invincible as you folks claim it is, then surely you can give us documented examples of Freemen walking away from fines, prison stays, and trials.

The fastest way to get us to shut up is to provide unimpeachable evidence.

By the way I wanted to ask a FOTL believer about how this 'philosophy' would handle the following situation; if I go down to a state (provinical) lake and use some dynamite to gather fish and and people claim I've done them damage what happens then? Oh and I don't consent to nor contract with a common law de jure court.

What prevents a man convicted for drug smuggling from saying the magic words and walking out of prison? How many have done this?

The problem with FOTLers is that they don't just want laws they don't like to be illegal, they claim that those laws actually are illegal.
