So tell me why that person in the first picture is removing evidence from the scene of a crime. A criminal offense. This single act makes any NTSB enquiry void

So what if the crew didn't know or didn't say they were Arabs?

Sharp pokey things don't play well with fire hoses and tires. Sharp flat pokey things also are really not a good idea where helicopter prop wash is expected due to medivacs.

Life and limb always takes priority over preserving evidence in place.

Well since we're talking about American Airways Flight 77, which ALLEGEDLY flew into the Pentagon let us continue with this.

Did you look at the passenger list?

Not one Arab is named. Everyone on the list is accounted for. Probably the most interesting thing about this particular flight is a list of people who are military or have military and weaponry connections.

Barbara Olson was on Flight 77 we're told. She allegedly used a cell phone (not a cabin phone) twice. At 09:26 she said she was flying very low and over houses.

At 09:26 AA77 was not over houses and was definately not low according to the black box data. Explain please?

Oh and by the way the black box showed that the flight deck had not been entered during the flight. Explain please?

Then as evidence has been moved/removed any subsequent investigation is void.

This of course applies to the twin towers as well.

It takes a special kind of person to be this delusional. Are you one of those people who don't pull off to the side of the road when you have a fender bender because you want to preserve the evidence?

Not when this is then used to lay waste two sovereign nations and blow the arms and legs off kids. One needs evidence that Arabs did this. Got any evidence Guv?

If a court case is pending yes. In fact I have a camera permanently located in my car for this very purpose. The car manufacturer issued it with the car.

yep! The list was first issued by a freedom of information request. If the list was not correct then this is an offense. The list showed no Arabs. The Moussaoui case list is different and it seems that Robert Muller FBI chief wasn't aware of this list in 2003. Please continue.

You were the one going on about admissability of evidence. This was presented in court and wasn't challenged by the defence.
