The Arabs are not on the forensic DNA list, issued under a Freedom of Information request. Only one passenger was not identified and that was Dana Falkenberg and three year old.

yep! The list was first issued by a freedom of information request. If the list was not correct then this is an offense. The list showed no Arabs. The Moussaoui case list is different and it seems that Robert Muller FBI chief wasn't aware of this list in 2003. Please continue.

The FOIA request was for the DNA data to be released. The data does not tie in with the list presented at the Moussoui trial. Dana Falkenberg was the only passenger that was not identified. She was a three year old, hardly a hijacker.

If the list was tampered with then this is an offense under the FOIA law.

If you want to knowwhy each person is on the list, read any or all of these books to get an idea of just how much evidence for who hijacked the planes and how they are connected directly to bin Laden and KSM and the American Embassy bombings in Africa and the attack on the USS Cole. Some of these names were known to the FBI even before 9/11/2001 for their crimes.

In order for the black box data about the door not being opened to be accurate you have to assume that, in the 40 hours prior to the hijackings that the black box was recording, nobody once opened the cockpit door. Not for drinks. Not for meals. Not for a bathroom break. Nothing, that door was always kept closed during 40 hours of operation. Why do I say that you must be wondering? Because that's what the data from the box says. Now then you may choose to believe that the door was always closed, I choose to go with the more common sense approach. That there was no door switch to record data on and that, at the time of the attacks, there was no FAA requirement to have one.
