Again, you are taking all of this at face value because it was verified by the courts, which, because they are made up of people, are fallible and deserve scrutiny.

Three courts, including the Italian High Court v Mary H's personal opinion not supported by any facts ir evidence. I'll take the courts.

It's one thing to not take something at face value...but then you actually have to find evidence to support a reason for it not to be. You've yet to provide any.

Yeah, I was pretty sure you wouldn't answer the question. AGAIN. Why do I keep thinking of Richard Gere's tap-dancing scene in the movie "Chicago?"

It's weaselly enough to continually evade serious questions about the evidence, but it's extraordinary that you would refuse to take advantage of a golden opportunity to educate someone like me who hasn't read the entire Matteini report. Why on earth would you want to deliberately withhold this information from someone?

You're too good to be true, Fulcanelli. Are you really the best the guilters have to offer?

WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION????????????????????????????????

WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION????????????????????????????????

For the third time:

Here is my straight question:

What evidence did the chief of police and the interior minister have that led them to describe the crime as they did? You can use Matteini's report to support your answer, since as I said, I don't have access to the whole thing.

Here is another straight question:

What evidence did the police (or prosecution, or judge) have that placed Raffaele at the crime scene?

I bought and read Barbie's book. Which part of it did you think was less offensive: the part where she described Meredith's sex habits, her privates, and her bust line, or where she talked about how her and her reporter friends snickered at Meredith's British friends calling them the "7 virgins"?

And let's not even get started on her theory of the crime.

Can you give a brief summary of what her theory of the crime is (if you'd rather not, I understand)?

Have you also read Dempsey's book?

I'm wondering what this has to do with whether a source us trustworthy or not. The whole point you were arguing earlier is that Barbie is not a trustworthy source. Instead of evidencing that, all we are getting is your making personal attacks on her. If you have a VALID point to make, then make it.

Do you personally feel that Barbie was out of line when she wrote the private information about Meredith?

Okay, I'll waste my time and answer the questions to which you already have the answer to.

1. Amanda no longer had an alibi

2. Raffaele no longer had an alibi

3. They both admitted they alibis they had given were lies

4. Amanda admitted going to the cottage with Patrick and standing by as he raped and murdered her, then not telling the police after

5. There was the text message on her phone that made it appear she was meeting Patrick that night

6. There was the phone tap

7. Amanda also put Raffaele at the crime scene

8 Amanda and Raffaele's behaviour during their questioning

9. Patrick at that time could not provide a verifiable account of his whereabouts that night

10. Patrick's cell had pinged the mast near the cottage

11. Patrick had changed his phone the day after the murder and refused to give the police the number of his old one

12. Raffaele had a knife on him, which also happened to be compatible with some of Meredith's injuries

This was more then enough to make them suspects and arrest them.

Quiet Bruce. Marriott has put the marching orders in that we are to cease and desist from asking Fulcanelli questions. He is too important and too dangerous to our cause!

Fulcanelli can't even say that Barbie was out of line talking about private information regarding Meredith. Information that had no bearing on the case and was written simply to sell books.

Why don't you write all your jokes out and email them off to Kelly so he can send them on to Amanda. She can have a good laugh reading them in Capanne for the next 26 years.

Well, thank you for going to all that trouble.

Isn't there anything in Judge Matteini's report that explains why the prosecutor, the chief of police, the interior minster and Judge Matteini concluded that the three suspects had tried to engage Meredith in sexual activity and then killed her when she refused? Remember, the medical examiner would not state Meredith had been raped.

Fulcanelli just brought out the 26 year sentence as a defense mechanism to avoid his previous justification that it was relevant to describe the victim's body in such pornographic fashion. What does the Marriott handbook say about this? I only have version 1.1, but you have 1.3 with the updates on how to deal and retort in such a situation. Come on Bruce, we're all being paid really good money here!

Because Amanda stated as much during her accusation of Patrick? We've been over this, Mary.

That would be down to Meredith being attacked by multiple persons and sexually assaulted.

For which, at the time of the arrests, there was no evidence.

No evidence? Aside from the autopsy revealing sexual activity that was possibly forced, she'd been stripped naked!

That's on top of Amanda having told police that they 'wanted to have some fun with Meredith', that 'Patrick wanted her' and that he had raped her.
