Yes,
I have tried to get information on how solid the "source" of this information was, primarily from Dr. Waterbury. He has not answered me to this point. I have also gotten a good bit of feedback that it is pure unsupported rumor started by the PR machine or others involved on the innocent or FOA side.
Both Bruce and Dr. Waterbury indicated more information would be forthcoming.
Thanks RoseMontague,
I recalled that you to were interested the other day in this, but no one seemed to want to discuss it. I ask about Rudy Guede being a police informer because about 10 years ago, in fall/winter 1999/2000, I had an opportunity to "help" an undercover operation involving someone I hated immensely who was moving large quantities of "stuff". As the police did not finish the case too well due to time constraints, when the big bust went down the guy did not to jail for a long time. Eventually, he got word that I was involved, and retaliated, but I don't wanna go into that, for it's personal...
Anyways, the other day, I was reading Frank Sfarzo's latest post, wherein Luciano Aviello had mentioned that two guys, one his brother, were responsible for the death of Miss Kercher. It seems like he has been trying to bring this forward for over a year.
And some of what he says could be true, if you keep an open mind and are flexible in your own theory.
He even mentions that the murder happened while Guede was on the toilet. Guede says that's true, someone stabbed her as he used the john. He has always said this, so maybe it is true. After stabbing Miss Kercher, these 2 guys would have, in my opinion, split fast, and maybe one of them is the person that Alessandra Formica saw that night, who did not want to be seen or heard, as Frank Sfarzo writes. Maybe Guede did try to help Miss Kercher, but panicked and split too. If Guede did not stab Miss kercher, maybe he was not too bloody and did not have to shower before he went out that night clubbing. Maybe it's true Guede saw those guys later while on the town. If either of these 2 guys came back to the residence while Guede was out on the town, maybe they did try to frame Guede, for they might have thought or known that he was a police informant. Or maybe they just knew he had left evidence that he was there, so he would be busted. Heck, maybe they told him that he would die too if he ever said something to the police, and Guede, having seen them stab Miss Kercher, truely believes it.
One thing I find interesting is that Luciano mentions the knife, and also the missing keys. No one ever talks about the keys, but this guy does, interestingly.
The folks known as "Guilters" constantly mention the break-in being staged.
The "Innocents" say that Guede came in thru the window.
I feel that Guede would have left some kind of trail if he did come in the window. Since he did not, I believe that he did not come in the window, even though he most likely could have. I believe that the window was broke in the early morning hours, for there would be less chance of anyone hearing it and then calling the police. Why would you break it though? To see if anyone was home? To make it look like burglary and murder, framing Rudy Guede, the police informer?
It seems that someone possibly moved Miss Kerchers' body later on. This person also might have left a stain, possibly semen, on a pillow case found near Miss Kercher. Though this pillow case has not been tested yet, the lawyers for Raffaele Sollecito plan to ask the appeal court to do so. If the results are not Sollecito or Guede, that bodes well for these 2. The identity of the person who left the stain might revel who killed Miss Kercher. Is it from Sollecito, Guede, or maybe one of the guys that Luciano Aviello says murdered Miss Kercher? Hmmm...Either way, I do not think that it was Amanda Knox carrying around a big ol' knife for protection who stabbed Miss Kercher to her death...

Ps-Here's another "informant" story:
This past Sat. evening, I saw and video'd the tail end of a car crash near my work. One of the cops who showed up is a surfer and longtime bro. I told him that the guy who was driving was somewhat staggering afterwards and mentioned he might wanna do a field sobriety test. They did and he went to jail. The next day, my bud dropped me an email saying that in his 28 years of work, with some 2000 DUI arrests under his belt, this guy had the 2nd highest BAC ever. In California, it's .08%. This guy was .317%!
I was STOKED to help get him off the streets before HE killed someone...
