Amanda Knox guilty - all because of a cartwheel

Except the witnesses saw the mark the day of/day after the murder. The doctor didn't examine Amanda until the 6th, long enough for it to have healed to the point it was no longer noticeable.

You mean that the hickey went away. 5 days is not long enough for a substantial wound to heal. Rudy's hand had not healed yet.

 FOOTPRINTS Bruce, that was the subject (along with the scratch) we were talking about. Please stop hopping from one thing to another like a crazed jack rabbit. Nothing can be discussed properly if you keep throwing out smokescreens of chaff.

Once again, I have explained the footprints and shoe prints thoroughly. My site explains this also.

I will post it here again tonight if you need to see it again.

Aren't you the guy that claimed that the bathroom was completely covered in blood and that Amanda and Raffaele used buckets of water to clean the entire bathroom? Let me go find your exact quote. It is pretty comical.

Who ever said it was a 'substantial' wound? Now you're throwing straw men.

If it wasn't a substantial wound then why are you talking about it? This wound was supposed to be the source for the mixed DNA in the bathroom. It would have required a substantial wound to bleed enough to mix in 5 places.

Of course we all know it was Meredith's blood mixed with Amanda's residual DNA.

It was not mixed blood. Amanda had no wounds that could have provided the blood needed to support the prosecution's claims.

No Bruce, you haven't. All you've done is wave them away, by saying the print on the mat is Rudy's (which it isn't) and then tried to sweep the rest of the prints under the mat with blah about fruit juice and bleach.

Judge Masei has offered a scenario that comprises of a complete narrative and one that fits all the evidence and is contradicted by none of the evidence. This cannot be said for your rather weak attempts to sweep them under the carpet.

Moreover, you have not explained where Massei's scenario regarding the footprints is weak and exactly why. Shouting 'implausible' is not good enough. You have to offer an argument to demonstrate exactly 'why' it's implausible. Otherwise, you're just a blowhard.

Like I keep telling you, I have explained this. I do not have time right now to hold your hand and walk you through it. Go back and read what I wrote.

Because an injury is an injury. It suggests the possibility of a struggle. It does not require being 'substantial' to do that.

I've read it and I refer you to my previous post above explaining (in general terns) the faults with it. I have also explained them in detail. So perhaps you need go back and read those too.

The one thing you have not explained, is what is implausible about Massei's scenario regarding the footprints and his arguments of logic to support it. That's what I'm waiting for.

Perhaps you don't realise the different between a 'scratch' and a 'cut'. Also, you are assuming Rudy's cuts happened the night of the murder, when in fact they could just as easily happened only two or three days before.

Why is it that Amanda barely noticed any blood in the bathroom when she used it, but Raffaele told the Carabinieri "there is a lot of blood" when he called them?

Were there any control samples taken to determine the background levels of DNA on the objects in this bathroom used daily by both Meredith and Amanda?

Bruce I have not claimed to have a photo showing injuries to Amanda or Raffaele. I didn't know if they had any injuries. My question was if they had been checked for injuries after arrest (which I asked after viewing photographs on this forum of a yellow scarf around Raffaele's neck on two occasions after Meredith's murder).

I read somewhere that before shipping Amanda off to prison on the 6th, she was stripped naked for full body photographs. Were any photo's of wounds on Amanda ever presented in court?

I'm sure they tested multiple things from the bathroom. It was after all a crime scene.
