Amanda Knox guilty - all because of a cartwheel

Thank you Fulcanelli.

The reason I had asked about injuries was in viewing the photos of Amanda and Raffaele (concerning a prior post about kissing), Raffaele was wearing a yellow scarf around his neck the day Meredith was found murdered and the next day or so when he and Amanda were shopping. Doesn't mean he was wearing it to hide any injuries but it's something I noticed.

Didn't Amanda write/speculate that some of the blood in the bathroom might have come from an ear piercing?

Amanda had no wound on her whatsoever. Show me a photo that proves otherwise. This lie has been spread by PMF and their followers for too long. Amanda had a hickey on her neck.

Rudy had a cut on his hand that would be a very common occurrence in a knife attack. The attacker stabs the victim and in the violent action, his hand runs up over the blade.

Yes she did, but then she herself ruled it out as having come from her ear. If it did come from her ear, for some reason she didn't want to say it did.

Yes, but in the process put their foot down on the floor on one or more occasion, perhaps having lost balance. However, Massei offers a slightly different explanation. In his scenario they clean their foot on the bathroom but micro thin traces of blood remain on the soles of the feet and the scrubbing has lifted epitheal cells with them. The feet are then put on the floor at several locations 'after' leaving the bathroom which in turn leaves a micro thin layer of blood and in Amanda's case, sometimes her own cells (hence her DNA), on the floor leaving prints invisible to the naked eye, but visible to luminol. Massei's explanation probably fits better since it would explain Amanda's luminol prints in her own room (one might imagine her stepping in the corridor on her way to the bathroom but it's difficult to imagine why she'd go into her room with a visibly bloody foot and pad about in there).

Because as we all know, Massei is an expert in the study of foot prints set in blood. Oh wait, no he isn't. How could he come up with his own theory? It's about as plausible as the - Amanda carried the big kitchen knife for protection theory.

Let us all remind ourselves that Amanda's blood in the bathroom was mixed with nothing.

This was Amanda's bathroom. If investigators examined any one of our personal bathrooms guess what they would find.

It's not created or spread by PMF at all. It was sworn testimony in the trial made by two eye witnesses. Read the links I posted regarding Laura's testimony on the matter. How do you know it was a hickey? Were you there, did you see it? Laura was adamant that it wasn't a hickey. She saw it. Therefore, her word has rather more validity then yours.

Great, show us Rudy's blood at the cottage. That would at least provide some evidence for your assertion.

Blood of hers that even Amanda admitted, wasn't there the afternoon before and was dry that morning. That leaves the night before, the night of the murder for it to have been deposited.

I don't see you offering a more plausible explanation in its place Bruce.

I really do not understand why all my posts are being edited out. This seems wrong when another poster is accusing someone of being drunk, and tells them to sober up. I think this is very strange. The poster I was talking to made sexist and racist comments about Italian police! There is a law against racism in my country, but not on JREF? Please someone explain this.

There is no "Law" on JREF. There are rules. And you can find the rules in the Membership Agreement and further explained in the Membership Agreement FAQ, both of which you can find under the "help" menu in the top right corner.

The rules on JREF are to protect JREF, the forum's image and the posters. The rules permit insulting other groups nations and people that are not members. The rules do not permit insults against members of JREF. JREF moderators enforce the JREF rules. They are not here to enforce the laws of countries where neither they or the sites servers are located.

What Mary posted: "Are you drunk?" was not the accusation "You are drunk." (same words, different order).

They were examined by a police doctor after their interrogations and no injuries were reported. There was however, an injury to Amanda reported by two witnesses (Laura and the police translator) of a scratch or graze (that wasn't a 'lovebite' as claimed by Amanda's family) to Amanda's neck. This can actually be seen in some photos taken of her shortly after the murder. From the old photos, we also noted an injury to her ear. This could have happened from the ripping out of an earing.

As for Rudy, there was a cut to his hand but that was photographed after his arrest, over two weeks after the murder and therefore could have happened any time in any way and could even have been self inflicted in order to support his story.

In your eyes, everyone involved with the investigation did a stellar job. You won't even admit that the bra clasp was mishandled.

But the police doctor states that Amanda had no wounds and that simply doesn't fit into your theory so he must have made a mistake.

More plausible that what? The knife. My theory is much more plausible.

The knife had nothing to do with the murder.

The knife was in Raffaele's drawer when Meredith was murdered.

The knife that made the imprint on the bed was the knife that was used to murder Meredith. The knife that made the imprint could have made all of the wounds on Meredith.

My theory doesn't require anyone to carry a big kitchen knife in their purse for protection.

Except the witnesses saw the mark the day of/day after the murder. The doctor didn't examine Amanda until the 6th, long enough for it to have healed to the point it was no longer noticeable.

No, the footprints. We know how you like to keep changing the subject when cornered on one thing though.

And while you're at it Bruce, perhaps you can tell us exactly what is so implausible about it and why.

It makes no sense at all to claim that Amanda carried a large kitchen knife around for protection. It is ridiculous.

Massei claimed that the murder was not premeditated so he had to find a way to get that knife to the cottage. It is a very weak attempt.

Of course you came up with Amanda taking the knife over there to scare Meredith with it. Another ridiculous theory.

Massei and Mignini had different stories. You added another story. Barbie added another story.

Let's stop with stories and look at common sense.

Common sense tells us that the large kitchen knife had nothing at all do do with the murder.

Bruce I have not claimed to have a photo showing injuries to Amanda or Raffaele. I didn't know if they had any injuries. My question was if they had been checked for injuries after arrest (which I asked after viewing photographs on this forum of a yellow scarf around Raffaele's neck on two occasions after Meredith's murder).

No, the footprints. We know how you like to keep changing the subject when cornered on one thing though.

How many times do I have to explain myself on the footprints. I have explained it repeatedly. The footprints point to one man.

Go back a few pages and you will see me explain thoroughly what I believe happened with regard to the footprints.

I am certainly not back into a corner. I like discussing the footprints. The prints show that Amanda and Raffaele had nothing to do with the murder.

They were both checked and no injuries were reported by the police doctor.

 FOOTPRINTS Bruce, that was the subject (along with the scratch) we were talking about. Please stop hopping from one thing to another like a crazed jack rabbit. Nothing can be discussed properly if you keep throwing out smokescreens of chaff.
