Now, then, you have asked me several times in the last 24 hours something which you have also said we have been talking about for some time (UNTRUE, but par for your course).

And I have already told you: I don't know.

Not even the prosecution expert said "that partial shoeprint belongs to Amanda", but rather he limited himself to saying that it was compatible with her size 37 foot.

Why are you asking me to go beyond the prosecution expert's own words?

Okay, so we are all clear on this matter. There is no proof whatsoever that any shoe prints belonging to Amanda Knox are on the pillow.

We have absolute proof showing Rudy Guede's shoe prints on the pillow.

Kermit's stand is simply that he does not know if Amanda's shoe prints are on the pillow. He simply can't find the strength to utter the words; There is no proof whatsoever showing a shoe print on the pillow that can be attributed to Amanda Knox.

Lies about this subject have been spread throughout the media and these lies continue to this day.

Gods below, can we please get back to discussing the details of the case instead of "member k of team y is morally corrupt"? It's really getting on my nerves and does not advance the discussion of the details of the case. If you feel any comment is out of bounds please report it to the moderators of the JREF board via the exclamation mark symbol on the left instead of lambasting the opposition. The team of the JREF forum is good at their job. That goes for all sides of this argument (and I believe there are more than two, despite the misgivings some people seem to have.).

I think it was waltzed over in the drama that seems to hit this thread the last few pages so I will repeat myself, little diva that I am, and ask again: How would we be able to distinguish between DNA transferred via the bloody towels and DNA transferred via direct contact between Raffaele and the clasp? Unless I am missing something (and that may well be, given that I am no expert) there is no way the forensics team can retroactively prevent a transfer from occuring.
And that leads to the conundrum of "there may be a possibility of contamination, what shall be done with the results?"
I admit that I am more of the opinion that the possibility alone without further evidence that shows that contamination happened is liable to get ANY DNA evidence thrown out. Because contamination is almost always a possibility.
Which leads to the next question: Do we have anything that may shed light on whether the towels and the clasp have come into contact? For example fibers?

I would have believed you if you hadn't posted just a few post earlier on Barbie's book and how it's supposedly disrespectful too. And in particular, asking us to condemn Barbie also.

That tells me you are just paying lip service to the family and friends of Meredith. But clearly you don't give a jot about Meredith, her family and her friends. Instead of telling Supernaut that he's out of line, you're first reaction is 'But look, Barbie does it too'. That tells me everything i need to know about where your priorities lie.

I abandoned that thread because you were not interested in exploring the possibility but only in throwing more rocks at Amanda and Raffaele.

Your repeated call for "Pick one scenario " shows just how despicable your intentions are. Do you really think that by finding a flaw in one Lone Wolf Scenario you will defeat the Lone Wolf theory? If you were a skeptic, you would accept the challenge to develop a viable alternate theory and not try to dismiss them by throwing in strawmen.
