colin fry's magic pendulum

Stamp out Linkulets, i.e. threads that start with a link or video and nothing else. If you don't have time to at least post a brief synopsis of the link or video, then I don't have time to waste viewing it.
 
I would have not thought a synopsis was neccessary. when somebody views the clip its so obvious its another example of colin fry asssuming people are stupid it speaks for itself.
I don't agree with the claim that he's 'widely regarded as one of the worlds finest spiritualist mediums'
 
I'm still looking for a good reason to watch it. Not a reason why I should avoid it like a leper carrying an assault rifle.

this is a sceptics forum. after watching it, do you believe he's 'widely regarded as the worlds finest spiritualist medium'
or are you sceptical about that?
notice how the camera zooms in on the pendulum when it moves, not to show his hand swinging it.

This is a skeptics forum, but we have our fair share of people who claim to be skeptical, and not have an understanding of what being a skeptic means.

It's a very common problem with dowsers.

I watched the video, Tricky... and anyone else interested (and I wouldn't blame you if you weren't)... it's the same old diatribe we see from many a psychic/dowser with confirmation bias.

I am sceptical that claiming to be "widely regarded as the worlds finest spiritualist medium" means anything at all. At the very least, I need explanations of what "widely regarded" and "finest" mean in this context before I could even being figuring out how to ascertain the truth of the claim.

tv company virgin media has produced this disgusting series, psychic private eyes showing despicable disgusting fraudulent mediums colin fry, tony stockwell, and t. j. higgs who purport to solve crimes psychically but in fact do not solve one and when you watch the episodes it becomes obvious they are blatant nonsense.
disgusting jonathan webb, executive director of virgin media tv must take responsability for this as well as the disgusting camera crew who proudced it.

Colin Fry's magic pendulum is a good enough description for me. I live in the UK so know who Colin Fry is. The forum is international so perhaps more explanation could be given. For those who haven't heard of Colin and want to know what he does, he's a twat.

Well at least you've made some effort to let people know exactly what your point is. How hard was that?

Unfortunately, I cannot read it due to poor sentence structure, lack of capitalisation and poor (read sometimes non-existent) punctuation.

I think I agree with you, if you are stating that Colin Fry is a fraud. I disagree with your comment regarding Virgin TV and wonder why you think they bear any responsibility for the antics of the people you mention? Could you elaborate please?

you will have to excuse my lack of capitals and poor punctuation as having never learned to type properly I can only type with one finger which is painstaking, nevertheless, I think the content is legible to anyone who can read english. perhaps you could get someone to read it to you.

virgin media obviously knew these were fake mediums and the programs were fakes before they were broadcast.
