Are Truthers finally losing it?

We had a Truther try to kill two policemen outside the Pentagon on Wednesday. And in response to this act, we have Truthers in their Truther forums, accusing the govt. of staging an attack..and threatening violence against the govt.

And even here at JREF, we have Truthers threatening deadly violence against those who challenge them:

"Anyone who believes that the truth movement is orchestrating shootings, and anyone who sends reports to Michelle Malkin, should seriously be shot on sight"

Have Truthers finally lost it? Is the tipping point finally here?

Will we see many more of these violent events in the near future?

No tipping point, just business as usual. Every so often the weed of conspiracy theories bears another bitter fruit.

welll, i do think there will eventually be a tipping point. whether we have reached it..I can't say. perhaps if AJ or Dylan Avery dies in a car accident, that would be the final straw.

maybe if AJ's house burned down...that would be it.

maybe...if AJ had a pendicitus..that would be seen as the ultimate inside-job.

What will tip when the point is reached? A tipping point for what? You mean like the general public will start to reject them? Missed that one by a couple of years. To some degree, Truthing is already a rejection of life the way that regular people understand it. Like I keep telling them, try talking Truth to a stranger at bus stop or bringing it up on a date.

Are these guys digging themselves deeper into social isolation? Sure. but they don't notice because that's where they want to be. Does CIT care about chronic virginity? Evidently not. Maybe we could even coin a new term, Truther Virginity Syndrome or TVS.

Almost certainly. I bet this is just the beginning. It's taken 8 years for delusions of 911 to become encorporated into public imagination. The hallucinating nut cases have just started to hear about it, too. I wouldn't be surprised if one day you see crime gangs robbing and killing and telling their victims they're doing it because of 911 Truth.

What I'm waiting for when when we see one of our friends here on the JREF locked up for their part in something like this.
 
It's been a year now since I got involved with the issues of 9/11 Truth, and I've chosen to keep my identity private, largely out of concern for the mental stability of a lot of the truthers I've encountered.

I've received messages like this one on my youtube channel, which should be a reminder to all of us of the kind of rhetoric, anger, and general mental state of a lot of these people:

'I repeat: YOU ARE A ****ING TRAITOR! I DON''T LIKE TRAITORS.
ANYONE WHO HAS LOOKED AT ALL THE EVIDENCE ABOUT 9/11 CAN COME AWAY WITH NO OTHER CONCLUSION THAT IT WAS AN INSIDE JOB FROM START TO FINISH.

YOU DENY THE VERY FACTS THAT PROVE IT! LIKE THE ADMITTED - BY NIST NO LESS - FREE-FALL SPEED OF THE COLLAPSES OF ALL THREE BUILDINGS! THIS FACT ALONE PROVES BEYOND ANY DOUBT THAT IT WAS CONTROLLED DEMOLITION.

SO YOU DENY THAT FACT AND LIE YOUR SILLY ASS OFF THINKING YOUR KOOL-AID DRINKING FOLLOWERS AT THE "AMAZING RANDI" MESSAGE BOARD WILL DRINK IT! HA! WHEN WE TAKE THIS COUNTRY BACK I WANT TO SEE YOU PUT ON TRIAL FOR AIDING AND ABETTING TREASON, MY FINE FEATHERED FRIEND!

by tipping point, I mean when they start actually getting violent on a regular basis, or start conspiring violent acts such as kidnapping, assault, vandalism, arson, even murder.
 
Many have mental issues. You have to be insane to believe 911 truth, a neoNAZI or ignorant. The movement cult members are called crazies, because they act like it.

I need to study mental issues so I can understand the new round of posters to see if they are insane, neoNAZIs, or people who lack so much knowledge they adopt nonsense.

911 truth never had "it".

To have a "tipping Point" in the sense that I think you mean, you have to have a collective group at the same place mentally, at the same time.

In the loose, and now all but defunked group we call the "truth movement" there is no such collective group.

What there is, is a group of some few hundred, perhaps even a couple of thousand, angry young men, and bitter old professors, many at different stages in their CT development, who are involved to varying degrees. Occasionally one of them loses it, and we have what happened at the Pentagon. However, I do not think there is enough cohesion, combined with a unified sense of purpose and action, to provide you with your tipping point.

But wait, I agree only with this phrase.I would like to dissociate myself from the delusion that they will increasinly arm themselves and unleashing increasingly bigger "terrorist attacks". That's to me just fantasy, Easter Bunny comes to mind.
