KSM Conspiracy Charges Analyzed and Debunked

Cheese Wiz...directly sprayed into the mouth from the can. It's better than cheese...it's "cheese-food". Any cheese that doesn't require refridgeration totally pwns your "real" cheese.

Mmmmmmmm......Pasteurized process cheese food. PPCF ROCKS!

Indeed, but I've never met a truther who lets a little thing like a double standard get in the way of anything.

To a truther, having double standards simply means they're better than the average person, because they have twice as many standards.

The reality is that no defendant would face trial unless somebody — the crime victim, the prosecutor, a police officer — believed that the defendant was guilty of a crime.

This is false. When the cops frame innocent people, they already know the defendant is innocent.

Kahtani is innocent.

In Ohio they put cheddar cheese on the '5 way' chili. Also onions, noodles, sour cream and some other stuff. Cheese just makes stuff better.

But, you stated you used the evidence the prosecution intends to use. Are you claiming to be clairvoyant or are you just making **** up?

There's nothing on the wiki link that relates to the 169 alleged overt acts that has not already been covered in my article.

The only possible exception is KSM's alleged hard drive. But I don't think that will be introduced as evidence at trial. If you want me to explain why, I would would be happy to do so. But please be polite, otherwise I won't.

Noodles in chili?

Well, chili on noodles, that is. :) It is actually pretty tasty.

Since it's on-topic here, please allow me to enlighten you. From skyline chili's website, a description. Note how proud they are of the "mound" of cheese.

3-Way Chili: Our signature dish...steaming spaghetti, covered with our original, secret-recipe chili and topped with a mound of shredded cheddar cheese.

4-Way Chili: A 3-Way with diced onions or red beans.

5-Way Chili: A 3-Way with diced onions and red beans.

ETA - the sour cream really smoothes it out. Call it "six way" if you will.

Do I need to draw you a picture? You said,"My article only addresses evidence the prosecution intends to use in court". I asked you how you know what they intend use for evidence. So far all you are doing is dancing around an answer. If you have no clue just say so.

As it stands now, it looks like the hard drive is not KSM's. The judge isn't convinced it is so it won't be introduced as evidence unless something changes and KSM says it isn't his.

Also, I don't see any alleged overt act that relates to any claimed "evidence" on the hard drive. Can you?

The hard drive appears to be a leaked story to make it look like KSM might be guilty.

The stuff about there being photos of Atta on the hard drive, yada, yada, yada, means nothing. Pretty much anyone who ever read a news story about Atta would have hi image on their computer.

If you can find an alleged overt act that might relate to the hard drive, please let me know. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I always have sour cream and sharp cheddar cheese on my chili, when its available I also add a dollop of guacamole. You can swap out the sour cream with soft cream cheese if you want to try something different.

The charges were dropped. Therefore the topic is dead.

Yea, but they are going to recharge them. Also, even though the charges were dropped, the public perception that some of the defendants might be guilty remains. KSM has the right to clear his name.
