Lying to a court is a very serious thing. Sometimes people get away with it when those the lies are intended to harm lack the means to defend themselves, but in this case it appears that justice is about to be done.

Obviously whomever faked that web page didn't know that street names in Hawaii must be in Hawaiian by law*. Such an obvious coverup!

Hayworth is a complete moron. Before he got elected to the House, he was a sportscaster here back in the 80's - and he was a lousy sportscaster at that. It's no big surprise that he bought into this nonsense.
 
But it is Arizona...they're no stranger to electing morons...remember Ev Meechem?... so one has to think that he has a shot.
 
But Meechem did not show how batcrap crazy he was until AFTER the election. Hayworth is proclaming it beforehand.

And as a Californian I have to say again:

RUN,ORLY,RUN!

She has the chance of a snowball in hell of being elected, and her run would provide us with lots of Comedy Gold. What's Not To Like?

True enough, Arizona voters are known for craziness. But Mecham really didn't have a chance using his own political strength. He benefited from the campaign of a strong 3rd party candidate, Bill Schultz, who split the vote for the Democrat, Carolyn Warner. I think Mecham received something like 39 or 40 percent of the vote. Previous to that election, he was kind of a gadfly type. He ran in every election, as the conservative (read John Bircher) alternative. I'm still amazed that he ever got elected.
 
If Obama can't be president because of his foriegn birth, than isn't Holder and the appointed US attorney in DC also holding their offices illegally? And, since they really aren't the Attorney General or the US Attorney, why would they have to comply with any court order? See, the beauty of replacing all of your top leaders with aliens (foriegn or reptillian) is that they aren't subject to US Law (see John Yoo's memo on how you handel terrorist interogations and the Bush Administration's effort to exclude certain forigners from the protections of US Law, if the law don't protect them do they have to obey others?). But I ramble, not unlike Orley.

This is one nutty brief, btw.

I'm not sure why, but I foresee this effort cumlimating in her winning a short term in prison, rather than public office.
