Once an idea is so irrefutably insane, silly and downright wrong, the only thing to do is laugh. Giving nuts like this the time of day, when the crap they are spewing has been proven wrong time and time again, is giving credence to the ideas in the eyes of your average person.

I mean if someone came up to you and said that faries were stealing their furniture, would you sit down and logically debate them? Or would you laugh and say they need to jump on the reality train?

And all this is secondary to the fact that the truthers picked on a couple of people who are professional banterers. They didn't pick an " expert" they tried to get attention by finding someone they thought would be a famous easy target. Not having the common sense to realize that these people talk for a living. So if you want to criticize us for having a lack of experts, you really should be criticizing your side of the issue for not picking appropriate opponents ( though i must say still loosing).

My favorite part is that , if we debate their ideas we are obsessed, if we ignore them we are sheep. If we laugh we are a-holes.

And if the facts don't synch up with what they want, its a conspiracy.

The idea, by truthers, that we "debunkers" obsess over them is a complete strawman. And a very poorly built one at that.

You guys are here. We aren't coming to your forum and trolling and stirring things up (well, not the vast majority of us anyhow).

People here aren't here because they are obsessed with 9-11. They come to these forums because they are critical thinkers who are against conspiracy theories and woo-woo.

Delusional, 9-11 truthers are just a small subset of that. A very small subset, these days. Poor truthers with their massively inflated ideas of self worth.

The so called "debunker" types who come here are the types who believe that reality and truth are more important than fantasy, and that the latter is dangerous to society. So they do what they can to educate people. And help people. Because they are good people who are interested in the betterment of humankind. Not wallowing in the mire of conspiracy and ridiculous nonsense.

Truthers come here over and over, with numerous sock puppets, and never engage directly on anything. Instead, they smear, and attack, troll hardcore.. and report posts in an effort to get their enemies into trouble for very minor things. In a clearly petty and vindictive manner.

Why come here and do it? Because this is one of the biggest (if not biggest) homes of critical thinking and educational information regarding conspiracy and paranormal on the web. A place that regularly beats down delusion and conspiracy. It's only natural this place is a target for the majority of woo-woo practitioners and believers. Because they are obsessed with this place. Not the other way around.

I think it's a clear case of projection. It's patently obvious who are the obsessed ones.

Really kids, it's time to let go of 9-11 conspiracy. It's pathetic to still cling to it after all this time. Absolutely pathetic.
