You really think that New Yorkers, some of the most vocal people on the planet, wouldn't be up in arms about a plot against their own? And why would you think that in NYC (you know the place on the east coast with miles of SKY SCRAPERS) professionals that work with large buildings think you're agenda is junk?

Tell me, do all 1000 believe, as Richard Gage does, that iron-rich spheres in the WTC dust could 'only' have come from an Aluminothermic reaction?

Or that 1/10th of a structure can never crush down the other 9/10ths?

And how come the writer/author of many of AETruth's official videos is neither an architect or and engineer? I refer to Mr. David Chandler, of course.

I've seen more plausible stuff coming out of Hogwart's.

Let's be fair: David Chandler is one of the truth movement's leading scientists. As an undergraduate, he took actual courses in both physics and engineering. He earned master's degrees in both education and mathematics. He has taught physics/math/astronomy at all levels from kindergarten to junior college.

I don't know the answers to your questions. I'm actually not a big fan of ae911truth, even though I was a former member. The forum was shut down, early, but before it was shutdown, it was clear that it was not a hotbead of research, even given the constraining factor of no research $$. I was also cc'ed on an unpleasant email from Gage to Greg Urich, which was the last straw. Urich had done more serious research than all, or almost all, of ae911truth, put together. While Greg could have been a little less strident in his claims, and I'm doubtful of some of them, I thought Gage's putdown was uncalled for, and unjustified.

I mostly posted this to "stir the pot". You might say that I am teasing both ae911truth, as well as JREF. I am curious as to what the 1,000 strong "juggernaut" is going to do now, as the systemic corruption of the US government, IMO, makes the 1,000 goal irrelevant.

But hey, you never know.

Absolutely, let's be fair. When you advertise an organization of professional Architects and Engineers, you set up the expectation that they should, at minimum, have degrees in either, and that they should work as professionals in those fields.

David Chandler has neither qualification. Yet he churns out these baffling, incompetent videos with the A&ETruth Logo. I don't think it helps their cause.

David Chandler is listed as a 'supporter' - i.e., not one of the 1,000 Architects & Engineers.
 
Actually, I just had a thought. AE911T, despite having finally hit their 1,000 mark, is actually shrinking!

AE911T has gained roughly 200 members in a year and a half, right? How many engineering students have taken their exams and graduated in that time? Let's be conservative and say it was roughly 1,000* across the US and Canada. That would mean that the engineering community is growing 5 times faster than AE911T, which further means that the percentage of engineers who are AE911T members is in freefall.

Faster than freefall, even. :D


*This number is really, really small given the number of universities and technical schools across the US and Canada. The real rate of AE911T's shrinkage is probably far faster than I have hypothesized.

And how many engineers died, retired or lost their jobs in that period?

You really think the number of engineers in the world grows in a linear relationship with the number who graduate?
