KSM Conspiracy Charges Analyzed and Debunked

But Dr. Farrer and Dr. Jones can't get any "nano-thermite" to compare it with the dust sample they have.

So you've come to the end of your lonely road of delusions.

So you are saying the dust was not contaminated with stray nano-thermite?

Why? I didn't write the paper, I believe that KSM is guilty, and I think your paper is simply idiotic ramblings. In short I wouldn't want to waste their time.

YOU however have claimed at least partial authorship of the paper, YOU think KSM is innocent, and YOU think your paper debunks the charges against KSM.

I would say it is KSM's problem. Why won't you help him?

KSM looks like a sell-out.

The chain of custody is easy to prove as Dr. Farrer and Dr. Jones have witnesses for that. Also, since nano-thermite is high tech, it could not have accidentally got in the dust.

The prosecution will require the witnesses names, dates of custody, location(s) of secured storage and verification of no cross contamination during the testing of the samples collected and the control sample of nano-thermite used as a comparison.

They got 'em.

;)

Why?

Also...

KSM is innocent, not a terrorist.

dude, take off the stupid hat. KSM's uncle is not mentioned on the charge sheet.

Do you know that KSM is presumed innocent?

That means all actions in the charge sheet should be interpretted in an innocent manner, withoput proof to the contrary.

KSM is presumed innocent of the charges. Please respect the rule of law.

Why won't you help an innocent man who was tortured?

They got 'em.

;)

So I can assume that the information will be coming forthwith. Or are they going to let KSM swing in the wind so to speak? Will you be writing Dr. Jones to save an innocent life knowing that not doing so will condemn an innocent man to, at a minimum, life in a supermax prison with no possibility of parole?

Are you a monster with no feeling for another innocent human beings life? If you truly believe that an innocent man is being railroaded into a life of nothingness at best, then surely you can take the paltry amount of time from your life it would take to inform the defense of the valuable, nay critical, information that you have to prove his innocence. Or are you a monster?

Perhaps I should send Dr. Jones, a professor of theology and presumably a believer in the sanctity of life given to all of us by god, an email imploring him to save this innocent mans life based upon his scientific findings.

Do you have any intelligent comments regarding alleged overt acts # 1 to # 169?

KSM is beyond hope. the last straw was when he assassinated the Pope and Jimmy Carter.

That has nothing to do with "your" paper. Please try to stay on topic.

Why will you not contact KSM's defense team to show them evidence of his innocence?

He's actually a physics professor. You are possibly confusing him with his fellow friend of Holocaust deniers, David Ray Griffin.

You are right. I associated him with theology because of his university connection to BYU and his status as a self proclaimed Mormon. His cold fusion con-job for funding doesn't help him at all at the credibility level as far as actual science goes though.

Riding horses drunk 100 years ago was legal, what's the big deal if a few people today do it with cars.
A horse (without direction from its rider) will usually stop and/or turn before it hits another horse. Also, are you sure it was legal to ride a horse drunk?

It's none of your business what other people are doing in the privacy of their own space.
But when you are in a car on the public roads, it becomes my business.

There is no right to safe roads listed in the Bill of Rights.

:boggled:
Look in the US Constitution for phrases like "promote the general welfare."

Not in most states, but it was in England.
LONDON — Using a 19th-century law, a British court has fined a man 150 pounds ($215) after be admitted riding a horse while drunk.

Godfrey Blacklin pleaded guilty to a charge under the 1872 Licensing Act of being drunk in charge of a carriage horse, cattle or steam engine.

Prosecuting lawyer David Thompson told Newcastle Magistrates Court it was "not a charge you see every day."

Wrong, you use spin. What has happened is that the public has grown acceptive of sober driving, forgetting its dangers. As a consequence, the rate of traffic deaths by caused sober drivers has jumped from 62% to 87%. Sober driving is now a much bigger problem than in the past!

I am not a hypocrite. I am in favor of re-legalizing non-sober driving and referring the rare few accidents that do occur to the civil courts, absent and proof of criminal intent to cause harm or an actual victim.

I speak for the millions of Americans who have been injured by a sober driver.

Does anyone have any intelligent comments about the alleged 169 overt acts?
Galileo doesn't. KSM's defense team may have some. It's hard to imagine them doing worse than Galileo.

Jones's credibility may have been damaged by the popular identification of "cold fusion" with unreplicated results announced prematurely by Pons and Fleischmann, but I am not aware of any "cold fusion con-job" by Steven E Jones. To reduce that confusion, Jones's research is now called muon-catalyzed fusion.

Jones's credibility has also been damaged by his promotion of 9/11 conspiracy theories and his founding of organizations and journals to promote those theories. That was a risk he chose to take. Had he been right, he'd have deserved acclaim. He appears, however, to have been wrong.
