See my point!! I am pretty smart and thanks to US public education I don't even know how to spell a simple F'ing word like 'their'!!

I know I am a lousy speller, but I blame the French. too many French words in a Germanic language make it impossible to have anything approaching consistent spelling rules. The language was doing just fine until William got a bug up his butt to go a Conquering. Him and his buddy Norman. It was all their fault

I also like that if we take that post literally, then apparantly Glenn Beck is either, a hermaphrodite or transgender, at one point is referred to as she, then in the next sentence as he. This may not be an error, as Glenn Beck has so far refused to produce a birth certificate proving that 'he' was not in fact born as Glenda Beck.

Now, the 'FIST STEP', while oh so amusing, is not something I will be overly critical of, as I have made the very same typo in even more egregious circumstances.

I´m currently taking diploma level English for Economists classes. Stuff like what you quoted would prompt my teacher to paddle the perpetrator with a textbook.
 
I like grammer. He was really good as frasier.

Any new developments on this birth certificate thing? I'm on the edge of my seat.

Well, actually Leo Donofrio is back (sort of). He apparently is getting a bunch of Chrysler dealers that were closed last summer together in a lawsuit to challenge the restructuring. Part of the legal strategy will be to Challenge the authority of the Administration via Quo Warrento.

Nothing has been initiated yet, and I doubt that anything ever will be.

Fitzpatrick’s comments to his followers after he came out of the grand jury room indicated he was not going to get what he wanted.

Fitzpatrick told his followers it was looking like they would have to try the case in another county.

Fitzpatrick has also sought indictments against Grand Jury Foreman Pettway and Assistant District Attorney Stutts, saying they are guilty of obstruction of justice in his attempts to indict the President.

Sounds like Fitzpatrick should ask the Grand Jury to indict Firzpatrick for obstruction of justice ... I assume wasting the court's time at somepoint becomes an impediment/obstruction of justice.

I was trying to read that too quickly and thought that the quote was claiming that Barack Obama was born in Kenya on Aug 2, 2009. :D Now, that would have some mightly whopper.
 
It is amazing that I have friends on FB that think that there is something to all of this. Well not really friend, friends, but acquaintances. I may have to unfriend them.
 
Orly's idiotic notion is HANDS-DOWN the most ridiculous politi-lie of the year. If I could vote for it numerous times, I would; thankfully PolitiFact limits me to one vote per email address. So I can't skew this like a normal internet poll.
 
Well, Orly just realized that by focusing on her motion for reconsideration, she blew her chance to file for an appeal in the Barnett case. She just filed this motion for clarification.

On 10.29.09. this court has issued an order granting the defendant’s motion to dismiss.
The order did not state that it was a final order and it did not state that it was a dismissal with prejudice. The order stated that this court does not have jurisdiction to remove the president under Quo Warranto and noted that other causes of action were not fully plead. Wherefore the undersigned counsel understands that the order was not a final order on the case, that since the case was never argued on the merits, there was no adjudication with prejudice and therefore the undersigned counsel can exercise her right to file a second amended complaint on the remaining causes of action within 30 days from the denial of the Motion for reconsideration.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
WHEREFORE, the undersigned counsel requests clarification and confirmation that the 10.29.09. order was not a final order, that it was not an order with prejudice and that she can exercise her right to file a second amended complaint on all causes of action aside from Quo Warranto.

Now, I don’t know about you, but it seems to me that an order to dismiss is pretty final.

And, no, I'm willing to bet that the court is not going to allow her to appeal the order to dismiss. She can only appeal the denial of the motion for reconsideration.

If she was not an attorney she probably would have been. Judges, frankly, cut fellow lawyers slack when it comes to stuff like this they do not cut average citizens.
 
It seems to me that too much precedence has been set already. I appears that the birthers are now in the realm of the truthers and Vince Foster wackos at this point. Which is good because this crap is now exposed as the partisan nonsense that it is. Perhaps those opposed to the Obama presidency can focus 100% on real issues.
