Orly is whining that the court did not give her enough time to file her brief.

According to the court rules Orly had 40 days to file a brief after the official record was filed with the court on October 7, 2009. The court notified her of the November 16, 2009 deadline. She failed to file a brief by that deadline. In fact, she has yet to file a bireif. After 40 days, the appelees are allowed to file a motion to dismiss which they promptly did on did and which was promptly granted. Orly thinks she should have had 20 days to respond after the motion to dismiss was filed, totally neglecting her responsibility to file a timely brief with the court. She is filing a motion with the court at this time whining about how they made a mistake.

For those of you wondering how anyone can mis-read a letter so badly, I present this example of the level of literacy involved:



THIS IS PROOF THAT ORLY TAITZ IS ON THE FBI TERRORIST WATCH LIST, THIS LETTER NEEDS TO BE SENT TO JUDGE CARTER SO HE CAN SEE THE MASSIVE FRAID AND CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE AMERICAN HEROIN ORLY TAITZ. PUTTING HER ON THE TERRORIST WATCH LIST IS JUST THE FIST STEP. SOON IT’LL BE FEMA CAMPS. EVERYONE NEEDS TO EHAIL GLENN BECK AND URGE HER TO HAVE ORLY ON A SHOW. Yes, the first was toescratcher4, followed by anklestracther4, etc. The franchise has been moving up, as we say. Although I recall an unfortunate incident some years back with the incarnation between thighscratcher4 and backscratcher4.
 
So with the parallels between Blazing Saddles, it is clear Obama is the new sherriff, Biden is the Waco Kid, and the Birthers are Hedley Lamar. This would make Orly the femme fatale used by the Birthers to distract the sherriff. OMG, she is Lilly von Shtupp!!!.
 
HS one through three had to be put down. It was sad. It was ugly. It was necessary to public health. That's all I can say.

I think the US education system needs a grammer overhaul.

Policy 1: From grades 1 through 12 review for at least 1 day each month the difference between there, thier, and they're. Hopefully after about a full generation, we won't look like complete blithering idiots to the rest of the English speaking world.

I also like that if we take that post literally, then apparantly Glenn Beck is either, a hermaphrodite or transgender, at one point is referred to as she, then in the next sentence as he. This may not be an error, as Glenn Beck has so far refused to produce a birth certificate proving that 'he' was not in fact born as Glenda Beck.

Now, the 'FIST STEP', while oh so amusing, is not something I will be overly critical of, as I have made the very same typo in even more egregious circumstances.

the poster must have been looking at Orly's hair when he composed the 'MASSIVE FRAID' bit.

'Heroin' and 'Ehail' have already been addressed.
