...KSM and the other 9-11 perps will plead innocent to the judge, and then as their defense they will admit that they actually did do it, but the USA is evil and deserved it.

Same case, but since the Grand Jury has not returned an indictment, the charges and 'overt acts' can change greatly. The court, judge (and now a jury), the standard of proof, the rules of evidence all changed when this went to federal criminal court. The old indictment is not worth the paper its printed on and any analysis you performed is flawed in its core.

But what the hell, 99% of truthers will not catch this and we will see this article reprinted on every conceivable medium from youtube to blogs -- just wish you allowed comments so I could school you more. But again, any analysis of the document you cite is a waste of time.

Most likely they will use almost exactly the same overt acts in the new charges. If anything, they may streamline the case a little as rules of evidence are pretty lax in military court.

A new version of this article will come out if anything changes.

As of now KSM IS charged with what we have here.

So they've debunked themselves - they still think SOME of these acts show a conspiracy to commit mass murder.

These are NOT the charges that are pending in federal court -- which is what the article claims

You gotta give Kevin credit. He's the only one of those scum bags willing to take it as far as it can go. I shouldn't say that; Ace Baker and Judy Wood are just as brave as Brave Kevin, but they are probably clinically mentally ill. Brave Kevin is just a fanatic.

What camp does that leave our JREF Truther friends in? My guess is it's the summer camp, as in what we did when we were teenagers.
