The VFF Test is On!

Why not? When you think you're right, you're right, isn't that the claim? Why not tell this person what you perceived and let him/her tell you if you're right? You said yourself that they know about it, so it's not like you'd be giving them bad news.

We all know perfectly well why you won't, Anita. It's because you're likely wrong, and since we have an IIG representative here the word of your wrongness would be posted here forthwith, leading to yet more ridicule from us and more backpedaling from you.
You have full belief in things that are not reality, and so I would recommend that you see a mental health professional. GeeMack might be able to suggest you something.

I share my medical perceptions only with Skeptics and within this carefully conducted investigation. And I have done exceedingly well with my readings with FACT Skeptics. I've detected missing left kidney, menstruation, anxiety, missing uterus, and near deafness in one ear. What inaccuracy?

I detected that he is missing a left kidney well before after he later announced that he was.

Fixed it for you.

Because I wanted to share my investigation with Skeptics, because I approach my experience in a Skeptical manner.

No. You didn't. You wouldn't recognize the skeptical manner if it walked up and hit you with a kidney.

I

And I use Brent Atwater as an example to show that you people are not attacking me because of Skepticism, or we would be seeing a www.StopBrentAtwater.com website. You attack me simply because I am available. Because I wanted to share my investigation with Skeptics, because I approach my experience in a Skeptical manner.

Please don't play the martyr. It makes you look bad. Prior to this you were taking things so well. Now it looks like you are getting desperate.

Bookitty:

I'm sorry to hear of your friend's difficulties. The poor man has been through hell and yet he still found it in himself to sit there for half an hour to humor this... person. He's a better man than I would be under those circumstances.

There's nothing I can say to Anita right now that wouldn't breach the MA so I'm just going to go to bed. Un-freaking-believable.

Believing that one has this superpower when in fact she does not is a sign of a mental illness.
Accurately detecting that a left kidney is missing is not a mental illness. It is something else, that is deserving of further investigation. And I am not saying it is a superpower. I don't know how I do it.

You have full belief in things that are not reality....

...I've detected missing left kidney, menstruation, anxiety, missing uterus, and near deafness in one ear. What inaccuracy?

And yet missed the laundry list of medical issues in the second trial. What inaccuracy indeed.

Orly? So in trial 2 - the one that you were so sure about. The single event on which you base your idea of a new, more complicated test - you saw only a missing kidney.

And missed three (3) separate pieces of titanium in the thigh and both arms, several large dense masses of tumor tissue throughout the chest, a missing bicep, missing testicle, a detached retina, an external leg-brace and numerous scars.
I was looking at the kidneys. Not at anything else what so ever, except for the bladder in subject 12 to find my way up to the kidneys. The weak heart I sensed in one of the Skeptics, and that was while the demonstration was not taking place. So what's your point?

Yes, it is true. He's a friend of mine who has had a very rough time over the last 6 years - cancer and two very serious accidents.

Wow.

First off, my compassion is extended to your friend. I hope he is doing better, and he deserves nothing but credit for sitting through a session with VisionFromFantasy.

Secondly, Anita, this just proves you are an out and out fraud. Not that anyone needed further proof. But, you keep faking it, baby. Maybe you'll get to join forces with Brent...eventually. That's if even she could stomach you, which is doubtful.

Brent won't want Anita. Brent more savvy than that.

I see colors when I read numbers, letters, and chemical elements. It is among the most common forms of synesthesia.
You CLAIM these so called effects and assign a completely magical power that has never been documented anywhere in the world. You are leaching off a real medical diagnosis to prop up a false claim.

Wow.

I am..amazed. How gracious of him to submit to the test. This demonstrates why Anita not only failed, but failed in a spectacular manner. How can a human MRI miss all that when they are supposedly using their superpowers to look for kidneys?

Thanks for bringing this out.

I detected that he is missing a left kidney well before he later announced that he was. Sorry if that contradicts with your ideas. But I find it remarkable also and that is why I am - still - investigating. Not to prove that I would be a psychic, but to find out what kind of visual information would suggest that a person is missing a kidney. Or how ever I do it.

You are just a rude person. I have no intentions of giving people medical diagnoses based on any of my personal intuition. Medicine is an exact science, and relies on objective conclusions made by its practitioners that can be confirmed and agreed on by all who practice it. Personal or subjective ideas, regardless of how accurate, have no place in medicine. Just the way it is.

And I use Brent Atwater as an example to show that you people are not attacking me because of Skepticism, or we would be seeing a www.StopBrentAtwater.com website. Coming from you that is a compliment.

The deception of attributing paranormal power to simple probability enhancing.
I knew that Dr. Carlson was missing a left kidney, and the probability of guessing that is 1 in thousands. And I do think it significant that I knew the accuracy of the trials beforehand.

I'm not speaking about you VFF, I'm speaking about the Sylvia Brown's and the $1500 per read charlatans.
Let's be grateful I am not one of those. Everyone can take part of my woo free of charge. ;)

Whether you choose to realize this or not, you have clearly engaged in probability enhancement. My best guess is that your brain doesn't want to recognize this and has decided to attribute it to other "mystical" things. That doesn't make it so.
No. I clearly stated that I knew that trial 1 was incorrect, trial 2 was correct, trial 3 was incorrect. This is not something I am filling in afterwards. I clearly stated this immediately after each trial. I am not sure if that is mystical, but it does speak to the accuracy of the perceptions, even though the frequency was poor.

I've said this here before, but I think it bares repeating. I read a book in University called The Hundredth Monkey: And Other Paradigms of the Paranormal James Randi was a contributor to this book, that's partially why I'm here. After reading this, I started doing cold readings for classmates. Female classmates.
Would your cold reading skill have told you that someone is missing a left kidney, when you know nothing in advance of the person? When there are thousands of different types of health information that could apply? And when your best attempts at logic and cold reading are telling you that he couldn't possibly be missing a kidney? I'm just trying to explain this.

I got laid a lot. I took advantage of people to satisfy my own wonting needs. It was easy. Arrange a study date, light a few candles, do a few cold readings and presto, overnight sleep over.
Hasn't happened to me yet in this investigation. ;)

I know now why it worked so well for me. I'm the type of person that makes observations before making comment. To this day, I can "know" if you're an only child or how many brothers you have.

Are you an only child? I bet you are. :D
Nope.

I'm not the one with a diagnose of schizophrenia.

There you go projecting again. Although we can't diagnose anyone over the internet, the evidence suggests that you do indeed have mental illness issues due to your behavior here and at the test. A sane person, after failing all these tests, would conclude that they do not have superpowers.

You do not, because you have some mental wellness issues. No one knows what they are until you get a proper diagnosis, but it could be any number of things: schizophrenia, delusions (of different types), personality disorders, etc.

You could ask your mental health provider what kind of mental illness causes you to look at a video, and see that I am sure that trial 1 and 3 are wrong and that trial 2 is correct, and you would still think that I did not know the accuracy beforehand. Oh, that's right. Schizophrenia can do that.

The problem for you is that the tapes don't at all show that you knew ahead of time that you were wrong. What they do is show that you don't have magical superpowers, and decided to make up this lie on the fly in order to shield yourself when it came time to explain yourself. If you KNEW YOU WERE WRONG you would not have selected the subjects you did.

Keep it up, Anita, the more you post the more you destroy yourself. Just think of the reams of threads future employers will find on you. Just when I thought you couldn't get anymore disgusting with your actions, you raise the bar.

I think the key to dealing with Anita's lies is only reading a bit at a time. Anymore than that and you become so disgusted with her abhorrent behavior and deceptive practices that you risk getting yourself banned. So I'm out for now.
