He packed up and left. So what? His offices were empty, and you seem to forget that 5 of his employees were detained (I wonder how many he had... if he only had 5 or 6, then having all of his work force detained by the FBI would kind of screw up his business, wouldn't it?

Really? That's interesting. Never having been around Muslims for any significant amount of time, my knowledge of Muslims, and Islam only comes from reading rather than actual personal interaction. One gets the impression that alcohol is something that is absolutely forbidden in Islam, and that countries that are predominantly Muslim don't even have, or allow liquor stores.
Is it a matter of "fudging" a bit and consuming alcohol once in awhile even though it's not permitted, or does Islam allow for the consumption alcohol in certain situations or circumstances?
