That's different, though, isn't it? These picture interpret something into the tradition that wasn't there originally. So - silly as it may be - someoine could be a bit upset about it. (And I'd consider that about as important as I would if anyone was upset about any other piece of satire or fanfic.)
These comics, however, don't actually interpret the text much, the sex isn't read into it or made up - it's there already and has always been there. If you get upset by the images you should already have been upset by the bible itself.
