Cornell University sponsors a law site that even explains all this stuff in plain English so you don't have to consort with demons to get the special blood that lets you interpret legalese.

You need to know that the 16th Amendment was NOT ratified by three quarters of the states of the USA. You need to understand the truth of this. Because unless you hear the case fairly you will be deceived and you will be the source of deception to others.

As a friend of the USA, and of its great Constitution, I am telling you that the Federal Income Tax is a scam, a deception. And the more you examine this the more you will see the truth of it. Get back your own sovereignty and enjoy the rights and freedoms given to you already. Because the alternative is a tyranny right in the USA. The same threat as we have here in England.

Interestingly, we can't examine your side's, um, "evidence", because we have to purchase a book or a tax resistor package (for the so very reasonable price of $3500 US) in order to see it.

Even more interestingly, the authors have been found to have committed commercial fraud by selling this "evidence" while knowing that it is false.

Second - I showed you in both link and text how the 16th Amendment became a legally binding part of the Constitution. You ignored my post, and the three before it from others, that showed you this information. Your inability to read does not constitute proof that you are correct.
I do not believe you are even trying to debate or inform people, I believe you are nothing more than a liar trying to goad people into emotional responses. Your use of YouTube as reference material indicates you do no research at all and merely repeat what you think will get people riled up.

That video is a sales pitch. The "evidence" that he relies on is in the book and/or tax resistor package.

Luckily, Benson has tried to use it in court by testifying on behalf of others and in his own criminal defence, so we can see it ourselves that way. Here it is:

"Thomas insists that because the states did not approve exactly the same text, the amendment did not go into effect. Secretary Knox considered this argument. The Solicitor of the Department of State drew up a list of the errors in the instruments and — taking into account both the triviality of the deviations and the treatment of earlier amendments that had experienced more substantial problems — advised the Secretary that he was authorized to declare the amendment adopted. The Secretary did so."

I find that my government has never ratified the 16^th amendment because they are not, and never have been, part of America. This is due to the fact that I am a citizen of the Commonwealth of Australia, a federation of former colonies of the United Kingdom. This origin also results in Australia having a legal system that is based on common law. The laws of Australia are also formulated through acts of parliament and also from judicial rulings.

Although Australian citizens do not have many legal rights compared to other countries (4 explicit, freedom of religion, right to not be discriminated based on state, the right to a trial by jury and the right to just compensation and two implied rights based on High Court rulings - freedom of political communication, and a rudimentary right to vote.) changes to the Constitution can only be done through the amendment bill passing both houses of parliament and then being subject to a referendum.

This referendum must be held within 2-6 months of the bill passing and requires, in order to be adopted, a double majority. This means that the majority of states and the majority of the people must vote "yes". If passed the bill will then be given royal assent through the Governor-General, Her Majesty's representative in Australia.

Historically the Australian populace has been conservative in their adoption of changes to the Constitution, with only 8 of 44 referendums being passed since the first referendum in 1906 (Senate Elections, which was passed).

However, I also find that the Australian Government has not lead me "round and round" in circles. In this respect I find that the poster known by the username "Especially" has done so.
