So the extent of your argument is childish insults and an inability to read?
The constitution gives congress the power to levy taxes and to create laws. The laws must not conflict with the constitution, but other than that they have a lot of leeway. No one is claiming congress never oversteps (Alien and Sedition Acts, for example) but that is NOT the same as saying they cannot make laws.
Get an education before you try to lecture people.
BTW - I do not watch TV. Never have. It holds no appeal, since I can't understand speech and reading subtitles isn't a lot of fun. So keep that particular fantasy to yourself, since you are incapable of knowing who it applies to.

If this is true, then no amount of "asking to be tried under the Common Law of England" can work. The entire basis of the FMOTL stuff, in other words, is pointless - by YOUR OWN reasoning.

You don't even need pesky facts to prove this inanity wrong. It's not even internally consistent.

If you had read what I linked you would have seen. One is a link to the actual law. But you prefer not to know.

Especially now drops all pretence of being interested in FoTL and England - perhaps he's worked out the whole UK thing, who knows - or indeed actually being from the UK, and instead starts harping on about "the greatest constitution in the whole wide world, ever, ever, ever, in history, in the whole universe",

At the same time, he refuses to answer technical points put to him by the likes of Volatile - presumably because E doesn't know the answer - and likewise seems unable to actually address the underlying legal issues.

The anti FoTL guys must be paying him for the sterling work he's doing.....

I am trying to demonstrate just how conned, how duped, we all are by governments, by mass media, by lies and downright fraud in matters of tax. The Federal Income Tax of the USA is a good example. And I am asking to see the actual law, the actual information to support a federal income tax in the USA. Not much to ask, is it ? The date, the reference, and the actual text.

Let's see what unfolds here. Because, you may agree, it's a good case. I simply want to see this legislation which, they say, is easily found.

OK, let's wait and see what is produced.
