I have to agree with Volatile. This is hilarious.

An American poster, based in England, has led us to believe that he is English and posted a series of arguments (I use the term loosely) which show practically no understanding of issues fundamental to his own arguments - the codification and development of English law, the difference between England and the UK, the role of courts, and so on.

In the face of claims for detailed justification, we've seen nothing but more bluster and a claim - a consistent claim - that in actual fact it's the rest of us who are dumb.

Magic. Comedy gold.

I can't be bothered to copy over the italicisation and underlining, which "adds" to the effect of the whole screed of text, but.you could get a similar effect from randomly underlining any words which appeal to you.

Didn't somoeone post from another site a while ago where the guy had been arrested and while in the police car made all those kind of comments, to the point that the police actually got a psychiatrist in to see him? :lolsign:
 
The founder of the site (the one with a book to sell) posts this.....

When Neil Jones was asked to have a Psychiatric Report he should done what I would do. Point to the Prosecutor and say "Sure ... as long as he has one as well, and that I go first, in order educate the Psychiatrist. If that's the case, no problem. Then you'll know exactly why you need to Section that guy over there" Amongst all th shock/horror/gibbering/ranting after that statement i'd say: "What's he afraid of then? That he'll be found out? Oh, by the way, how about a Report on you, as well? After all, you are the one doing all the ranting & raving, not me".

Then, after the "HOW DARE YOU SUGGEST THAT????" ... they'd get: "Well, how dare you suggest it of me, then? You are the one doing all the shouting"

Mind you, I can see Arran from my window and there's no sign of it sinking yet, nor of people wearing mauve trackies, so perhaps David's not the solid source I always believed.......

I'm intrigued. How did they actually get him to prison if, as a freeman, he had in his possession an estoppel barring all charges under an act being brought against him?

This person, a FOTLer, the one who doesn't believe statutes have any standing in common law, quotes an act of parliament and demands the debt collection company destroy the FOTLers personal info.

The mind boggles.
 
Especially has gone very quiet. I can only assume that he's watching X factor. Unless, of course, his telly got impounded by the TV licence people.......
 
I do love the suggestion that any of us with even a basic understanding of the law, as opposed to real lawyers like LashL, are nevertheless tainted buffoons who are in no position to comment to someone so well informed that he doesn't even understand the use of the term "England" in the context of his own arguments........

You are so wrapped up in your corporate fraud world you do not know or even care what the law is, cannot see the wood for the trees, never question a bill shoved under your nose, routinely confuse it with 'law', have no idea of admiralty law courts operating as actors in the game, and do not even recognise the difference between an article of contract law and the laws of the nation you live in. And you have utterly no idea of what freedom and choice are ! Tell these truths to you and you've nothing to say except insults and silly comments.

Heh. That's quite a little hero fantasy he's conjured up in his mind.

I like the part where he would admit to the judge that he would attempt to influence the psychiatrist, presumably to get said psychiatrist to make a diagnosis he or she would not otherwise make.
