Encountered my first "Truther" today

Well, it has been over 2 weeks since Red stated that Tri's story is exposed as a fabrication. Instead of simply retracting a statement he can not prove, he dodges, diverts and remains in complete denial. Typical truther behavior.

I absolutely love twoofs and their (lack of) reading comprehension.

Tri posted a story about his run in with a twoof. He posted a personal anecdote and the original post had the anger in it that is fully understandable.

As he got more information he posted it up to information which would reveal his actual name and address.

As someone who has had a twoof cyber stalker who posted my name, and then the WRONG name of my place of employment and the WRONG name of my supervisor at the WRONG place of employment and then ASKED for ALL the twoofs who read his post to write to my supervisor (at the WRONG place) telling him that I was a lying sack of ****, and not a competent researcher (after I had OWNED HIM REPEATEDLY), and several did. I can fully understand Tri not wanting his IRL identity revealed.

As time progressed, his attitude toward this twoof changed. With time, you learn more about the court cases and have the opportunity to reflect. Had it been some 20 something do nothing punk, I'd treat him very differently than I would a 16 or 17 year old who has no record. And YES, I'd even ask the prosecutor to reduce the charges as well.

Now you made a mistake, and have tried repeatedly to cover it up. YOU LIED about tri and his story. You stated very emphatically that it was "exposed as a fabrication." That is a very direct statement, and you have since danced around it.

If you feel it is a fabrication, great. You state, "I think this is BS." No problem. Simple. Easy.

But instead you make up a LIE (exposed by who? shown to be a fabrication how?) and then you continue to be an ******* about it.

Now was your statement "exposed as a fabrication" a lie? It didn't start out as one (IMHO) but your inability to say, I was wrong has compounded it into your LATEST lie and outright fabrication.

Do not swear in your posts or attempt to evade the autocensor. Civility would be nice too.

You are a liar for stating as a FACT that something was exposed as a fabrication when it HADN'T been shown to be false (and still hasn't.)

His story was annecdotal. Whether you believe it or not is irrelevant to WHAT you said.

Now had you just asked for him to provide some form of proof, it would be great, but YOU DIDN'T. You called him a PROVEN LIAR.

you cant factually prove it was false
can you? (opinions and derails dont count)

you basically shot the prisoner before the trial started
even if he was found guilty after that, you would still be guilty of murder

(tri is not on trial here, he just shared his experience)

Do you eat red meat? If so, the torture that animal goes through is worse than the noble death of the fighting bull. I won't attempt to justify bullfighting, as there is no way to convince someone that it is an art and not just a blood sport. Either you appreciate it or you don't.

Torture of an animal is not a requisite for its consumption. It can be killed quickly and humanely, and any suffering it might endure is incidental. The same is not true for bull-fighting.

On the brighter side, I googled your hero and found some great photos of him being gored. I had myself quite a hearty chuckle. :D

Yeah, but the meat you're eating was most likely slaughtered at a commercial facility, google that and it will be much worse than the goring Tomas took. BTW, all bullfighters get gored, the great ones continue to fight.

I am still waiting for my paperwork from the SAO. They are somewhat slow, as they haven't even filed the paperwork to plea out. I have agreed to 50 hours of Community service, and 1 year probation, with a condition of no further issues.

When that is made available to me, I will CERTAINLY post it, and see what Red has to say.

I'll explain it in small words.

the defendant was charged with several crimes, including a felony. The prosecutors office often will consult (talk to) the injured party. In this case that is Tri.

Tri has stated he has asked for them to go easy on the kid.

During the plea bargaining, the prosecutors office has worked out a deal with the defense attorney. But they are running that deal by the injured party (tri). If the injured party is willing to accept the plea, they can. If they want a harsher sentence, they can ask the prosecutor to go for a harsher sentence.

That is often how Plea bargains work. Now if this kid went to full trial, then it is another matter entirely...\

So again red, Did you misspeak? Was that what happened?

Hey red, it is great to know that all of your twoof "facts" have been exposed as fabrications (but I mean it in the ORIGINAL defintion)

No, they didn't require it, but they asked if I thought this was acceptable, and I agreed. This is just a courtesy, and it is not a requirement. If I had not agreed, they would have tried to come up with something I thought was acceptable.

This is actually pretty common in the state of Florida.
