Counting the number of self-styled 'holocaust-survivors' is a better indicator. If all these people are sincere (about having escaped Nazi occupied territory), then the holocaust could not have happened because there are way too many survivors even now. Simple arithmetic (shown in the link I provided) makes this clear. Of course it is possible that large numbers of Jews swindled themselves into faked victimhood in order to touch money from the German government. But if large numbers of Jews are swindlers, what does that say about the credibility of the holocaust story as pushed by these same people.

Dirt dumb NAZIs tried to burn the records. Too bad the NAZIs kept records about the camps and train movements. They even took pictures of shooting the last person in a town. How proud they were of making Jews dead. Why did they leave photos of what they did? You are proved wrong by NAZIs; how ironic as you try to apologize and cover-up their proud legacy they documented and you deny.

Go ahead how do you as a NAZI apologist count people as a Jew? Do you need help on this one from Hitler? Why not ask Einstein who thought he was a German until Hitler told him he was a Jew. Are you as good as Hitler on quibbling and taking the dirt dumb road to irrational conclusions?
 
A Jew is someone born of a Jewish mother or converted to Judaism. Most estimates put our population around the world between 13 and 16 million.

But we know there are 6 million in Israel, 5.5 million in the USA, maybe 1.5 million in Europe, maybe 1 million in the former USSR, that puts it at around 14.5 million.

still...waaaaaay below the 17-18 million that were on Earth before WW2.

I have shown the Holocaust denier many Jewish census numbers spanning all of the 20th century. they all confirm that there was a severe loss of Jewish souls between 1938 and 1945. the sources for these numbers are widespread.

he..and his Nazi buddies..have yet to even attempt to prove them wrong.

400,000 Rwandans killed in 100 days....... Nazis do not doubt the numbers.

5 million or so Jews killed in 6 years..and Nazis say "it can't be true!!!"

The usual smear and character assassination on this board is to call all holocaust skeptics "nazis". But this is an out and out lie. Take the case of Alexander McClelland. He is an Australian world war 2 veteran of North Africa and Greece who was a pow of the Germans and also a concentration camp inmate (Theresienstadt). Due to his own experiences and 30 years of research he is a holocaust revisionist. Therefore someone who fought the nazis in battle and who was a camp inmate is a holocaust revisionist. When he was in Theresienstadt two Jew kapos regularly beat him with a lump of wood. An SS guard saw he was in a bad way and gave him his red cross kit. So another lie that all Jews are innocent and do no wrong is put to rest. He has told his life story in a book THE ANSWER - JUSTICE but because of economic pressure from the Israeli lobby no book story will stock it and it is only available from his website - www.aijf.org/book.html
Other non nazis who supported holocaust revisionism and publicly stated that the holocaust is a pack of lies include world chess champion Bobby Fischer and the late Hollywood actor Robert Mitchum who stated the holocaust was a "political fantasy".

There was this major book by an author named Deborah Lipstadt that traced the connections between holocaust deniers and the far-right neo-nazi movement in depth.

Some idiot neo-Nazi sued for libel. And lost badly, because Lipstadt had proven her case in such detail.

Maybe you're not familiar with that episode?

Not really. Holocaust deniers (who like to call themselves holocaust "skeptics", in the same way creationists call themselves evolution "skeptics", as if denying mountains of evidence is "skepticism" and not plain denial of reality) ARE for the most part neo-nazis.

Their main motivation -- apart from the plain hatred of Jews -- is to make Nazism and (more generally) Fascism acceptable again. As long as the holocaust and, more generally, WWII is there as evidence to what Nazism really stands for, that is difficult.

Why they want Nazism to rise again? Because they are insignificant little fools whose sole "achievement" in life is being born to the "correct" race. Their only chance of any power, influence, or self-respect is a new Fuhrer, who would arise to make them, worthless as they are, ubermenschen once more.

But before this fantasy can become reality, the holocaust must be denied.

Forget WW2. It can be reinterpreted by a sufficiently determined ideologue, just like any other war ("War of Northern Aggression", anyone?).

Five or six million innocent civilians brutally murdered, however - that´s something different.

And if it DID happen, Irving won.
And if he DID lose, that's because all the witnesses lied because of the evil conspiracy.

And still, despite all of these obvious facts, some people claim I am out of my mind, just because I am an Irving trial skeptic, instead of discussing the evidence.

Where is these people's skepticism? Where is their open mind? Why do they point and laugh instead of treating me seriously?

You don't know much about Florida, do you? It ain't all Disney World and retirees. There's a lot of sawgrass and sinkholes and alligators as well. If you are planning on using our lovely state to stage an attack on the USA like we did in Normandy, well, it ain't gonna work. The very land, not to mention the millions of us who know that land, is going to fight you tooth and nail.

Trust me. It doesn't matter if we are all living out of boxes while Obama plays the fiddle and George Bush personal flew all four airliners on 9/11, the second foreign troops show up, it's on. The guys in charge may be jerks, but they are our jerks for us to deal with in our way.

Actually, we'd probably mistake them for tourists and sell them substandard produce for jacked up prices, then tell them about discounted Disney tickets that are actually more expensive than those at the gate.

I-75 between Lake City and Ocala is basically spam in billboard form.

Edit: Watching Band of Brothers, and the following line just came up about WWII Holland. "They all speak English. They all love us. What a fantastic country!" I thought of this thread and had to laugh.
