i reiterate

seeing that the site was targeted several times by "truthers" (as shown) id say its pretty safe to assume they weren't happy and wanted to make a more permanent message

fact is the TM has no real circumstantial evidence or people would be going to jail
their ideas are laughed at by real law enforcement

most people (especially around here) try to go out and do their thing move on from 911 and live life
we remember our lost, then some fool does that
anyone smart enough to try to pull a "false flag vandalism" probably would be smart enough to realize its a waste of time

As background: Years ago, I had a roomate who was ridiculously into wrestling; if he was to be believed, three-quarters of South America was apparently into US pro-wrestling (don't know if this is true or him just being enthusiastic). And oddly enough, some of Iran, which I managed to confirm independently ... blows my mind... Anyway, one day he just starts in on that "What?" thing, and I had no idea why he was doing it, let alone why he was finding it amazingly funny. So he had me watch an episode, and the audience was heckling one of the wrestlers - Curt Angle??? - with that chant during his rant. I thought the crowd just spontaneously did that to him, but my roomate explained it as something crowds do to screw with wrestlers they didn't like (which confused me even more, because from that episode, I thought he was one of the good guys). Anyway, I always wondered why the crowd just spontaneously decided to "What?" certain people. I guess that wrestler - Steve Austin, surprise surprise - was who started it, and crowds picked up on it.

A blank has been filled in. All due to Drudge's encyclopedic knowledge of smart-assery as it pertains to wrestling.

This wouldn't be the first time for what could be called "false flag vandalism", this is actually quite common where someone tries to frame someone else for a crime.

I would do both a) and b) to make sure it was a complete and thorough investigation.

What would you do? Only perform half an investigation?

Here's a simple question, which I'm sure you've reflected on very deeply. The physical evidence gathered eight years ago is, for the most part, unavailable today. How would your new investigation replicate the work of the original investigators in the absence of the raw materials? How, in other words, do you propose to determine if the forensic examiners got the DNA results right? How will you reexamine the structural steel that is no longer piled up in the recovery sites?

This list of questions can be extended considerably, as is obvious. When "truthers" blather about a new investigation, they are merely blowing smoke. Their myths have been exposed as nonsense, derailing their goal of framing innocent Americans. You can be the first to explain how this new investigation would work. You couldn't allow real engineers, physicists, demolition experts, metallurgists, etc. to participate in it, or you'd get the same results the as the original one. So, what do you have in mind?
