Evidence for why we know the New Testament writers told the truth.

Let the wake commence!

Of course, it would have been nice if we actually had something worthwhile to commemorate - like some evidence (as promised by the OP) that the NT writers were anything other than delusional liars... but hey ho

Give it a few months. By then DOC will think we have forgotten this and he'll ressurect this puppy faster than you can say "Easter."

Lord Jesus, I bring this thread before you now, and pray that you will kill it.

BTW, I had a nice holiday down in Devon, including a walk ending in Lyme Regis, the place where God put those awkward fossils discovered in the early 19th Century.

PS Thanks for the prayers - my beer has turned out well (the first I have ever breathed). I think that alcohol is proof that the NT writers told the truth. I had a reread of 1 Cor 7 (or is it 6?) where Paul was divinely inspired to write that it is he saying something and not the Lord...

Precedence

English folks invented it so they get "prior art" re spelling... especially since there is no logic to follow.

I've never been to the British Isles, but I am reliably informed that over there "room temperature" and "warm" are entirely different categories and not to be confused.

Quite right. Most British (and most other northern European for that matter) beers are served at cellar temperature. 55oF most usually. Not chilled like we do here in the States where the beer tastes like it came from the horses they use to advertise it.

Here in Belgium beer is served at 8 degrees centigrade,46 Farenheit. Cold enough.

Stop trying to debunk my woo!!! How else can I delude myself into believing that the swill here is good.

OH! That was an attempt at making the local brew palatable? Oh, why didn't you say so? Yes, of COURSE British beer is served lukewarm, in fact it's almost tepid. I've had steam baths which were colder.

Better?
