Not off-topic at all. Here is the post I made two pages back where I go through the numbers showing how many people would have been needed to carry out the controlled demo of WTC7 in the time-frame your provided.

that anyone in the FDNY was talking about the building because it makes absolutely no sense to talk about "pulling" a 47-story building.
