Not good enough for me.
If you have new information that positively identified the planes then post it.
Hi there. I didn't read the entire thread, just skimmed a few posts after the first couple of pages.
I assume you've now been informed that the Flight Data Recorder was recovered from Flt 77 by investigators. This piece of equipment is, as you know, unique to each aircraft, and is quite sufficient to positively identify it. By unique, I refer to the data, which is continuously recorded during each flight.
There was also a chain of custody for this piece of equipment. The only way you could dismiss this evidence is if you had proof that it was falsified. Lacking such evidence, one must accept it at face value.
I suggest, if you want to know every detail of the investigation and the evidence recovered you ought to contact persons directly involved. Have you obtained the FDR info online? I have a copy of the pdf.
I refer you to figure 1 and 2, where the removal of the module is photographed.
Finally, figure 11-1 plots all the data. Follow the green line (airspeed using the scale on the far left), black line (altitude, read using the scale on the far right) and of course the timeline at the bottom. Those are the most relevant data.
In case you haven't made the connection, this is data from a piece of recording equipment, part of the Boeing B-757-200, N644AA, which was found in the wreckage at the pentagon. There is no other plausible way to interpret this evidence except to conclude that Flt 77 crashed into the pentagon, killing all passengers, crew and hijackers instantly.
To claim otherwise is frivolous and foolish, IMHO. It's way past time to put these myths to bed and let the dead RIP.
