Loose Change 9-11: An American Coup

Just speculating here but I expect that what he actually meant by "Final Cut" wasn't actually that that version would be the last cut but rather referring to the editing program he had been using up until that point. Here forward, the revisions will be known as "Loose Change: Avid Media Composer". :boxedin:

Hope this clarifies things a bit. :D

On the contrary, Dylan could've just been really baked one night and was inspired by Pink Floyd.

Hell, it makes about as much sense as anything else.

He totally copied Pink Floyd.

... and in doing so, copied Andrew Lloyd Webber... ;)

It'll be a musical? My god, I can see it now:

The Phantom of Ground Zero

Dylan will play the part of the Phantom, who had his face disfigured by hurricane powered space laser. Christine will be the actress sister of a fire fighter killed in the Towers, who Dylan will attempt to woo with his promises of "truth" about her brother. Upon hearing these revelations, Christine dismisses Dylan as batcrap crazy and files a restraining order against him.

The running time will be approximately 15 minutes.

:welcome4

That's much better than the light opera I had in mind: The H.M.S. Tinafoil, or The Lads That Loved A Failure. Most of it would involve sailing around the world, looking in vain for a shark they haven't jumped yet. :D

Can Dylan Avery at least claim to be unique and creative in the sense that "final" doesn't really mean it? No. No he cannot.

How is Dylan and Loose Change a failure when all of you are still starting threads and talking about it?

How is Dylan and Loose Change successful just because they were lampooned by strangers on Teh Internets?

Trailer:

Looks like they are going for more sophisticated music in this one. One of my commenters noted that they may have some intellectual property issues with Bermas and Jones, which may explain why Blood's show was chosen to do the launch interview.

Dylan is currently undercutting Alex's Infowars on Final Cut: $9.98 versus Alex's unchanged $19.95. But I suspect neither shop is selling many copies.

I note that the Loose Change website now lists something called the "Avery Foundation"; anybody think Dylan's setting up a real charity here?

So basically he is making his own version of Terrorstorm? Wow, wonderful. And I am sure he was really in the middle of writing a masterpiece before he suddenly just had to drop everything. That story rings about as true as the one behind the first Loose Change. Oh he was going to make a fictional movie about 9/11 being an inside job, and just happened to find the truth. At least it is more believable than Zeitgeist just being Peter Joseph's notes to try and understand things.

One thing that bothers me is the mythology that all CT film makers follow, this stupid origin story of the need to have to make their films. It is always disingenuous and the only people that ever fall for it are the CT'ists that actually buy this crap.

Oh and as a side note I always hated the title Loose Change, it is that sort of faux artistic double entendre that smacks of pretentiousness; it makes me long for even the worst art house movie.

September 22? Wow - 22 is 11 x 2! Must be some numerologic significance to this....!

Dylan:

Why? Just when I thought you had grown up and out of the silliness, you throw yourself right back in.

If Sunjata or anyone else has convinced you that "this time" people will listen, that "this time" something will be done, that "this time" justice will be served...ignore them...they are lying to you.

TAM:)
