I see, so merely being subcontracted to demolition projects somehow equates to their full involvement in performing demolition work to take down buildings. You're dishonesty is precarious it is...

That's right.

What they have ties to is the controlled demolition industry, as any major construction company would. A business can have ties to another industry without actually being in that industry.

Please try and pay closer attention to what is being said.

And back to the point, since you've yet to say what exactly is suspicious about a company that doesn't perform controlled demolitions renovating the WTC prior to 9/11, one can only assume you presume guilt because they have associations with companies that actually do perform controlled demolitions. This is called "guilt by association", something for which you'd just chastised tfk. The word for that kind of behaviour is "hypocrisy".

I hire a lawn-care company to mow my lawn. So according to the logic RedIbis is employing, I am in the lawn-care industry. And if I come to your house, and your lawn gets mysteriously mowed, I must be the culprit.

An English Professor that knew 9/11 from the Truth Movement quotes would conclude that hyperbole, simile, and metaphor caused the towers to collapse.

But that is precisely the question.

Are they two completely separate maladies? Or are they two manifestations of the same one? Or somewhere in between?

And, just like in epidemiology, correlation coefficients are suggestive, but not definitive.

Certainly one can talk about them as tho they are completely independent. But my suggestion is that the correlation coefficient is sufficiently high to warrant closer investigation.

Recognizing the given "correlation is not causation", I'm nonetheless inclined to conclude that, for a high percentage of cases, they originate from the same source.

Reasoned opinions may differ on this one.

"Rule 10" is JREF's "no profanity" rule. Around here, the phrase "rule 10" is used to censor oneself, kind of like bleeping out swear words on television.

I assume orphia nay purposefully replaced the first four letters of the word with "rule 10" in order to represent the vulgarity of the truther's threat as accurately as possible without breaking the rules over here.

I said that there are bigots who post on this forum. The larger point is that most of the "joos did it" type references come from debunkers.

I can tell you that the USENET groups are awash with anti-Semitic crap, free-standing and glued onto every other k00k and conspiracy theory, especially 9/11 and possibly with the exception UFOs and BigFoot.
