This is for the benefit of any lurkers who might still have a fleeting feeling that ULTIMA1 is who he says he is.

1. The National Security Agency DOES NOT, I REPEAT, DOES NOT grant clearances.

2. There is no such thing as a TS/SI clearance. I'd be willing to overlook this as another one of your gratuitous typos.

3. There would be no need for an analyst to be read into six compartments. Hell, I don't even think the agency that grants clearances administers six different progams. Given the NSA's mission there are only two an analyst would need.

These tidbits, plus what Reheat rubbed your nose in earlier, are basically the final nail in the coffin of your credibility.

Mods, I consider this to be on topic. Reason: The only evidence ULTIMA1 can offer in support of the existence and validity of this document - since he hasn't received it yet - is his word as a supposed "insider" at NSA. Until he gets the document in hand, his argument IS his credibility.

At this point, I would highly recommend that people stop engaging Ultima no matter what he says. This thread should have rightfully died a merciful death ages ago, and we are all guilty of keeping it going, myself included. Ultima has been proven over and over again to be a liar and a troll spamming this website for his own twisted amusement, and I for one plan to refuse to assist in feeding his ego any longer. I would recommend and request that everyone else here do the same; cease engaging him, cease responding to him, just cease acknowledging his existence altogether. He has nothing and will never have anything to prove his assertions, and we are all wasting our time and the mods time by contributing to his sick little fantasy world.

Is it possible to request that a thread be closed due to lack of content? Because if so, this thread certainly qualifies, if you ask me. Anyone know the answer?

Agreed. He made my ignore list with his last, blatant lie. And yes, I do agree that this thread deserves to be closed. Wonder what it takes for someone other than the OP composer to get that done.

How would I know that? I'm not the one here claiming to have a sooper-sekrit clearance and work as an analyst for the NSA. You're allowed to divulge this information publicaly but not show your ID? How strange.

Barring that, I see no reason to make the drive. If "Roger Misner" shows up and says he's the one posting here it doesn't advance your credibility one iota.

Even if you DO work for them somehow (in security?) it's obvious you have no access to anything remotely classified. You've stated elsewhere on this thread something along the lines of "my superiors think the same thing I do."

I called the Security office at the NSA two days ago. I wrote to the DOD last week. I spoke with a woman at the NSA for close to 20 minutes. Links to posts, his name, address, phone numbers, links to his photographs, etc were given to her by me. She appeared to be very interested in what "Mr. Misner" was up to.

If Ultima1 were in fact Roger Misner, I agree, he would have been shut up some time ago. Ultima1 is a fraud.

Me too, even though we just finally got the title of the thread spelled correctly. It should have been aborted prior to the first post anyway, since no document was in hand. I will consider this thread injuncted for posting (mine) until the requested FOIA document(s) is/are posted here.

What does flight 800 (circumstances of the crash :a hint) have to do with what happened to the planes on 9/11? If you could see the difference you would know why your wrong.

I hate to tell you but both flight 800 and the plane crashes on 9/11 are both considered crimes.

I am stating the fact that only some words in the document are classified, and upon reading the document i cannot see why the data by itself would be classified. There must be another reason such as the platform used to collect the data.

Wrong again, actually it was considered a crime twice. it was originally thought that a bomb blew up the plane. Later on witnesses came forward and brought up about seeing a missile.

Do you not consider a report on a missile and explosive residue a criminal report? If not please explain why.
