Well, now he was never on the bus in the first place. CIT is force to throw their various passengers under the bus when their stories are not compatible, for example when Boger says the bank is to shallow, Morin when he says the plane ran parallel to the outer edge of the FOB, Paik when he says the plane right down Columbia, all of them when they say the plane hit the Pentagon and when Roberts claims that the plane banked right over the South parking lot and flew right over the heads of all their witnesses, etc etc...
